Dr. Lowe and his staff is super professional. They get the job done in a timely manner. They handle all of the insurance billing for me. They are amazing!

Ridge View Dental did not have adequate Covid-19 safety protocols when the pandemic was at its peak. When I made the appointment took all precautions which was not the case. When I arrived, I was surprised the staff was not wearing masks. They just asked that I wash my hands. The dentist had just been out at a hunting camp for two weeks and the technician had just gotten back from cross country travel..no one wore masks. The administrator told me I had violated HIPA by asking the technician if she was vaccinated. (nope). Not a good experience.

Worst place ever. The girls up front seem to be clueless about everything. They have messed up my insurance and have even added charges that I did not have done there. When I told them I am going to start going to someone else they have been nothing but rude. I ask questions regarding my insurance and I never get a call back I always have to call them to get a response. I was even told today that the girl up front just tried to cover up her butt regardless of what she tells the patient. I will not be returning to this place.
