Since Dr. Young came back the office has gone down hill. He's a very pushy doctor and unwilling to listen to the parent's concerns. They were also not notifying service members and their families they were no longer in network after the May 1st conversion. Additionally we were just notified that we had a balance on our account from a service done over a year ago. We were double covered and come to find out they never charged the other insurance!!!! When I asked them to run it again they knew about the filing dead line yet refused to notify me sooner or double check they had actually filed the claim anytime within the year!!!! Then they gave me attitude about confirming charges and payments with my insurance. That's your job!!!! This is simply bad business operations. I would keep an eye on your accounts you maybe suprised to find out they aren't charging you correctly.
Update 2/15/18: Now Dr. Young is calling me from his personal phone insisting he was not a pushy doctor. News flash: this is being pushy!!! They wrote off the bill because of their idiocy and now he wants me to take this bad review down. Absolutely not!!!! You run a business badly people deserve to know about it.

Everytime we are in Young Denistry it’s always a great experience. This time all three of my kids were acting weird and not being cooperate. The staff was still amazing and handled my difficult children like it was nothing! Thank you!!

I’m not sure what was worst the customer service, the lack of a professional up keep, or Dr. Young’s temper. The front desk staff make nasty comments about their costumers once they leave the area. One of the girls was constantly on their phone, texting and talking on the speaker very loudly. As for Dr. Young it seems he likes to take a bad day out on staff members

Extremely Rude receptionist. She was over the top rude!! I will never take any of my 8 children to their clinic again and I will tell my 4 adult children, never to go there. Whoever is answering the phones on 10/20/2020 at 4:30 p.m. should be reprimanded or fired.
