Love them! My daughter is 4 and doesn't much care for going to the dentist, but Dr. Young and his team are always SO great with her. So patient with her, even though she tends to cry and get nervous. They do their very best to make her feel comfortable during her check-up. She always leaves with a smile on her face. And she loves being in the No Cavities Club! She talks the whole way home about how she wants to be a dentist too! Thank you Dr. Young!

Staff was friendly and great at explaining steps to my son (5 years old). Doctor was friendly and made my son at ease. Also atmosphere is VERY kid friendly, great waiting room, new toothbrush and paste, even a coin to stick in a machine to pick a prize. It was a great experience.
I schedule every 6 months so I don't have much trouble - When my son needed dental surgery the staff was great with how to get in contact with the hospital, scheduling and everything I needed to be aware of.

New office location is super nice and the employees are phenomenal!! My daughter actually enjoys going because they are so nice and explain everything to her so she understands what they are doing. I wish we could take them with us when we move! So happy we chose them!

My kiddo's first appointment was easy and quick. It seemed a little too quick, like if there were issues he might not have even noticed- but I suppose I did not have any questions and kid is an easy case.
In hindsight I should have asked more questions, but I would have appreciated more guidance on how to care for toddler teeth - like when do I start flossing? and how teach a toddler to take care of teeth by themselves. a short guide or list of how I should continue to take care of kid teeth or what to look out for/sign of problems would have been super helpful

My daughter has been through ALOT for a 4 year old and has bad experiences with dentists in town so she has pretty bad dental anxiety and the WONDERFUL staff there made my daughter so comfortable by the end of just one visit that she cried when it came time to leave instead of crying as soon as realizing she was at the dentist like previously. Hands down the best pediatric dentistry in town. Staff is the best help ever. Thanks ladies!

Wonderful visit! Our 9 month old had his first visit yesterday and we are very happy with how it went. Dr. Jackson took time to make sure our little one was comfortable around him before examining. Our usually vocal (loud) babe hardly protested. The staff were friendly and efficient, we didn't even have a chance to sit in the waiting area. I am looking forward to our future visits.

I bring my 3 children to young smiles, almost 4. They have been wonderful with getting my children in at roughly the same time. They make the experience pleasant and help things go as smooth as possible. Carolyn at the front desk has been pleasant and very patient with me while my schedule has been insane. I've been bringing my daughters here since 2009. I can't imagine any other dentist taking care of their teeth. My kids both love coming to the dentist and seeing everyone. From the staff to Dr Young himself the atmosphere is friendly and caring.
