Check-in process is quick. I like how the Check-in is the same time as the appointment, I don't fear to be late. Friendly atmosphere in the waiting area and in the back. All the staff was very nice, the appointment was quick (which was good for me). My son loves the goody machine and he got to take his cavity free photo!

I took my child for a Cleaning and the staff was great. They even called us about moving our appointment to an earlier date which worked out better for us. the location was very clean as well.

We were nervous about bringing our toddler in, but we were met with courteous efficient staff who made us feel supported as first time parents navigating the hoops. Baby girl but was nervous but luckily her mom and I could both go to her appointment in a private room so it wasn't too scary for her.

We had a great experience with Dr. Young. My 10 yr old daughter chipped a tooth (what I considered a large chip) and she was experiencing pain and discomfort. I called our dentist but they could not get her in their office for another week. I then called Dr. Young. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to see us after office hours the same day I called. He was gentle and professional. He fixed her tooth beautifully so that it looks just as it did before. My daughter was quite pleased that it looked as it had, and that her discomfort was resolved. I was very happy and would highly recommend Dr. Young.
