Dr Satow pulled one wisdom tooth it was infected! although i had eaten before, because i was nervous to have my first tooth ever pulled, she reassured me i wouldn't feel a thing! she numbed me up and she was correct no pain, not even after! i was very satisfied. its a tad pricy for what i am used to but she always let u know what she was doing before she did it! i wouldn't have asked for better! Also she is not just a children's dentist, because I am an adult!

When we changed our dental insurance this year and i called you that we have to go elswhere because you are not in network with them , and I was very clear about staying in network , one of your receptionsts assured me and my husband before he payed at the time of appt , that you are in fact in network with our new insurance . That you just have problems with them showing you on their website . You guys told me at least 5 times before and druing the appt that you are in network . Come to find out that YOU ARE NOT !!! Which means of course extra bigger bill for us !!! Bad bussiness ... we will not be back !!!
