My husband and I recently moved to the area and we needed to find a new dentist after being with our old dentist for several happy years. I was hesitant to try someone new, but after seeing all of the positive reviews for Dr Bigos and the staff at North Valley Family Dentistry, we decided to give them a try. We couldn't be happier with the results - an excellent cleaning experience for both of us (I saw Dana, he saw Christie). I had to have some additional work done (Crowns) and thought that both the Dentist and the Dental Assistant (she needs a new job title, she does so much more than just "assist") were caring, gentle, and thorough. Their technology is amazing (love the x-ray process) and they made my crowns in-house same day. I can't say enough good stuff - I'll just close with "I can't wait to go back!" (and who in their right mind says that about going to the dentist?!?)

One word "incredible" The most thorough examination, cleaning and explanation of procedures that I have ever experienced. Dr. Erica Bigos made you feel like you were the only patient there, not hurried like some other dentists that I have been too. The dental hygienist Christie also was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Even Brenda at the front desk was very friendly and explained options. This was my first visit and will be going to them from now on. Excellent service!

I had my first visit @ NVFD today with their new dentist, Dr. Chad Achatz. I had a cavity that I've put off for some time and needed to get in before year-end. I had a great experience with Dr. Chad --he did a great job, as well as Trish, the dental assistant. I would highly recommend this office. Good Job!

Dr. Kastl is the best dentist I have been too. I am an old man with a lot of experience. The office staff and assistants are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kastl also charges reasonable rates. I highly recommend Dr. Kastl. He is very professional and does exceptional work.
