My first visit to North Valley Family Dentistry today. Dana cleaned my teeth and is OCD (in a great way) so she will spend as much time as she needs to clean your teeth perfectly. Dr. E is equally a perfectionist and takes time with you to do a thorough examination. Brenda makes the insurance maze a breeze. Great Job all around!

I've been going to NVFD for 7 or 8 years and have always had excellent care. Everyone is very good at what they do and are friendly and caring as well. They genuinely have the patient's comfort and best interests at heart. Dr. Bigos has done an amazing job with all my crowns and other dental issues. She is not only knowledgeable, but kind and compassionate as well. Definitely recommend!

It''s hard to know where to begin. . . Suffice it to say that I had no intention of going to the dentist today! I had a sudden dental crisis this afternoon and knew I needed to get to a dentist as soon as possible.
I did not have a regular dentist so I literally fished the latest In & Out publication from my waste paper basket, found North Valley Family Dentistry's ad and decided to try them.
The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful & asked if I could come right away!!! From the moment I arrived the receptionist was professional, welcoming and made me feel comfortable!
Dr. Bigos and her staff were beyond exceptional! I cannot begin to adequately convey the experience I had today. For someone who dislikes going to the dentist, I left the dental office with a completely different mindset!
I've seen quite a few dentists in my time but NONE of them had anywhere near the enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise as Dr. Bigos.
As it turned out my insurance did not cover the services at this dental practice. Despite this, Dr. Bigos chose not only to take care of my urgent situation there and then, she stayed way beyond the time she was due to leave!!!
Dr. Bigos' instinctive demonstration of compassion, generosity and concern for others spoke volumes!
Dr. Bigos went way beyond the extra mile to educate and explain things in such a dynamic & understandable way!
I cannot recommend North Valley Family Dentistry highly enough to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental care, outstanding customer service & THE most incredible dentist you will ever meet!

Dr. Bigos and her hygienist, Dana did an excellent job in working with our young children. As new patients, our children had some apprehensions and were a little confused. Dana was quick to calm their fears and help them to feel comfortable. Dr. Bigos explained the needs of our children's dental care and was very patient while we asked clarifying questions. Dr. Kastle was amazing!!! I went in with a concern and he and his staff addressed the tooth immediately. His professionalism and demeanor with his staff was like none I have seen. He was conservative in his approach and even followed up personally the next day. I was extremely impressed!!!!
