Dr. Erica Bigos is the best dentist I have ever had, by far!!! Doc E, as her staff calls her, is a perfectionist and is pro active in making suggestions to improve your teeth. Her assistants, hygienists and front desk coordinators at the front desk are all awesome!!! Everyone is always happy, friendly, and enjoying their work. They all form a great team that is fun to be around (even if it's a dreaded dentist office). The office has the latest technology/equipment and you can get a crown in one visit (they 3-D model and make them right there); within 2 hours you walk out with a finished crown. They are also very aggressive in dealing with your insurance company, going back and forth with them as much as needed to get me/the customer the lowest out of pocket cost.
The dentist office has gone from a place I never wanted to go to, to a place that I look forward to going -- not kidding!!! It's an awesome experience and my teeth have never looked or been better!!!

Every person on staff is super friendly - from the moment you walk in until you are on the way back out. They make you feel better than family - as I need alcohol in order to pay a visit to my actual family.
Dana (hygienist) is amazing and can not only clean your teeth painlessly and without ever uttering the word "oops", but she also carries copious quantities of floss, in case you have an unfortunate popcorn hull incident at the movies or need to escape from a multi-floor apartment fire.

I picked this dentist because of the awesome deal they gave you through the mailing postcard. I LOVE that they have 7am options so that you can be in and out without having to take half a day of work off. The entire staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. I have previously been to dentists offices that try to run up a bill. Dr. Bigos and Christie knew I hadn't been to the dentist for about 2.5 years and could have sold me on unnecessary treatments but they didn't! No teeth/gum issues at all and they are helping me to fix my jaw pain.
