Beautiful and professional experience, I felt extremely welcome and well cared for! I might sound like I was paid for my review, but 100% honestly I loved this dentist office and would highly recommend them! From the moment I walked into North Valley Family Dentistry I felt welcomed by the friendly receptionist, she answered all of my questions and then some, and booked my appointment efficiently. On my appointment I was welcomed, my dental Hygienist was so friendly and made me feel at ease, and my teeth seriously looked the best they have ever looked! The dentist was professional and knowledgeable and made a plan with me for what procedures we would work towards. The receptionist looked after my billing with my insurance company, but even if I didn't have insurance the price was reasonable. I feel like my oral health is in the best care at North Valley Family Dentistry!!

Today was my 1st visit to North Valley Family Denistry and I was truly impressed by the entire staff! They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and after my cleaning, my teeth feel fantastic! Dr. Cameron Kastl, D.D.S. was extremely personable with an excellent bedside manner, polite, thorough, and didn't rush you through like some dr.'s do! They all felt like family and were very helpful as well financially! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH VALLEY FAMILY DENTISTRY to everyone at every age whose looking for an EXCELLENT DENTAL TEAM!!!!

My adult daughter had an minor emergency with a wisdom tooth but is very very anxious and afraid of dentists- we were able to get in for a consultation appointment the very next day... The staff was very accommodating and understanding of her fears. She felt very comfortable and was thrilled to know they do "sedation dentistry" in the office. We scheduled the appointment for the next time the office was offering sedation and I was happy to hear about the Payment plans the office participates in. An all-around great experience!!

Personable and caring is the way I'll start this review. The Hygienist and Doctor were both extremely knowledgeable and empathetic during my examination, which I greatly appreciated. The office staff members were very outgoing...top-notch ...and my time with them was actually enjoyable. Services provided in that fashion are extremely rare in my experience and I highly recommend this office for your next visit with the Dentist.

Dr. Kastl and staff are a rare find. From one who has been to many dentists throughout my 78 years, I highly recommend North Valley Family Dentistry. Their care for each patient throughout each procedure , and the evening / next day follow up is so appreciated. Had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was really nice even when I delayed my apt by inverting numbers on my insurance info. Dana was very quick when she cleaned my teeth and I experienced no pain at all. The office is nicly decorated and the waiting room has water, coffee and magazines available. They also have a deal if you don't have insurance $49 for a cleaning and X-rays. I would recommend North Valley Dentistry.

I just had my first visit to North Valley Family Dentistry and was very pleased with the personable and professional manner of the staff. I am so glad to establish with this office for my dental care, as I received an excellent cleaning from Dana the RDH. Both Dr. Bigos and Dana went over and above to remove glue leftover from my braces several years ago, that no other dental office had noticed previously. All of my questions and concerns were answered regarding the proper toothpaste to use and the best way to whiten for my teeth. Overall, this was the best visit to the dentist I've ever had!
