I had my first visit here last week and it was amazing. Such a nice office with friendly staff. Jesse was my Hygienist and I can honestly say he was the most thorough, gentle Hygienist I've ever had. Dr. Bigos is extremely friendly and addressed my cosmetic concerns. She was very thorough when explaining what the process would be if I chose to go through with it. Loved her!

Dana (hygienist) really took the time to get to know me, go over my dental history and concerns, and did an awesome job of making me feel relaxed and not anxious. It was a wonderful experience at North Valley Family Dentistry! The staff were so pleasant from the front desk to my hygienist, Jesse, to the kind lady in billing. I was able to see my x-rays right away and everything was explained really well to me as far as what was needed for dental work. I have used the services of North Valley Family Dentistry for several years now. My experiences with Dr. Bigos and the team have been extremely positive! My most recent cleaning by Dana was wonderful, she was gentle and able to get the coffee stains completely off my teeth.

I was a new patient and Dr. Kastl and his entire staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome; nothing but great customer service from the time I walked into the front office all the way to insurance and billing.
The hygienist was great, she explained everything beforehand and was very efficient. Dr. Kastl was kind and took the time to explain concerns and procedures without making me feel pressured to get unnecessary dental work. I was also able to schedule new appointments for my entire family all within the same month. I highly recommend this office!
