First visit and Jesse the hygienist was very thorough, friendly and explained everything he was doing. Erica Bigos the dentist was friendly, thorough and I didn't feel like she was on a time crunch to get to her next patient. From the front office staff to the back office administrative personnel it's a very friendly professional environment. Very happy with the service.

The office is very clean and not your typical dentist office - more like a spa atmosphere. I received no judgment about my multi-year delay in cleaning, and felt that the conversations about my dental health were productive and reasonable. You will not feel like you are receiving a sales pitch. It is one of the first experiences at the dentist where I didn't feel as though I was being sold unnecessary products/procedures/treatments. They are also great at explaining your charges and what to expect with insurance and billing. I came home and recommended North Valley Family Dentistry to my family/friends right away. I love this office!! It is so beautiful and the staff are all so sweet and fun. Dr. Bigos redid a crown I have had problems with for over 10 years and have had redone multiple times by many different dentists, and I'm happy to say she got it right on the first try! It's so nice to be able to get great care right here in Anthem!

I had a really excellent experience here! I have chipped my front teeth many times using them in all kinds of ways that I'm not supposed to. The most recent chip was actually pretty noticeable and I was pretty sure I was just going to have to live with chipped front teeth. After my cleaning, Dr. Erica Bigos said she would be able to fix them, so I scheduled an appointment to come back. I was super nervous to have my front teeth ground down, but she was very calm and confident and assured me that I was in good hands. She let me know exactly what she was doing and why the whole time and at the end, my front teeth were as good as new! Better even! She shaped them and rounded the edges in a way that they had never looked before. I'm so excited about my new smile, and Dr. Bigos didn't even charge me for the work! If you have any cosmetic concerns at all, Dr. Bigos is your girl. She'll talk to you about your options and I guarantee that you'll be happy with the results!
