Every time I see Dr. Rick and his staff, they are always very friendly, make me feel comfortable, are patient and also very knowledgeable if you have questions. I also love the office atmosphere, which is warm and welcoming--and we don't see that very often at other dentist offices! I love Creative Smiles and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Velasco is in my opinion a superb dentist along with the efficient staff at age defying Dentistry. Here's my reason for this post and the five stars I had work done at another location and it failed dr. Velasco not only help me get it fixed but did it very extremely reasonable and with great efficiency. Due to the fact that the other dentist office that I went to was closed down and no longer in business. I would recommend going to see this dentist office. I drove from the West Valley 101 and Glendale just see him.

Anyone that needs dental work come to creative smiles she’s the best. She’s helping me in more ways then she knows thank you Dr. Kylin Chen for everything you’ve done and everything your doing for me I appreciate it more then you know. For the first time in a long time I can smile without feeling self conscious I contacted many many dentists and she was the only one to contact me personally and said she wanted to help. She’s made me so happy and she’s the best dentist and one of the nicest and most kind person I’ve ever met. I can’t stop looking in the mirror it’s crazy. I’ve been coming to Family Dental Studio for 3 years and have always had a great experience! Michelle, the receptionist , is friendly and sweet. Kylie, the hygienist, is funny and warm. Dr. Anthony, Smith and Beavers are all very nice and make you feel relaxed. Very nice place!

My family have been patients at Creative Smiles in Gilbert, AZ for many, many years. Dr. Rick and his staff are absolutely fantastic. The dental care we receive each time we visit is top notch. From the front desk to the dental chair you're treated like family, they truly care for you. They spend the time to get to know you as a person which I appreciate. The staff is serious about what they do, but not dead serious :) They fool around with you a bit and may even team up with your daughter to fool you that you have a cavity! It is a great dentistry and we will surely continue our dental "issues" with them. We love Creative Smiles and their staff and hope you will, too!
