I have been coming to Creative Smiles for two years now and every experience has been top notch! I cracked a tooth and they originally told me that I was going to have to get a crown which was going to run me quiet a bit out of pocket. On the day of my appointment Dr. Chen took a look at it and said that it didn't need a crown -- just a filling! This was such awesome news and I truly appreciated the honest treatment plan. It would have cost me so much more to get the crown and my trust in this office grew immensely knowing they are not just after making money but honestly doing what is best for their patients. I have and will continue to recommend this office to everyone I know!

I have been going to Creative Smiles for a long time. I have never been a regular patient at any dental facility up until now. After the first time I got my teeth cleaned there, I have been back every six months. Everyone truly cares about making you comfortable and the experience is always pleasant. Well, except for that metal pick, but that's usually my fault! I have to drive a half hour to get to Creative Smiles, but it is well worth the trip. Dr. Rick has kept the tradition of awesome service going and Sonia and Mikell have kept my teeth sparkling. I promise I'll floss!

The hygienist, Laura was AMAZING! Because of knee replacement and Covid I had not been to the dentist in almost 5 years. I needed a cracked filling replaced, I was able to get it done the same week by Dr Brett Benson. He is the best dentist I’ve been to in my 27 years in the metro Phoenix area. He explains and educates his patients. I have been his patient for 20+ years.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Dr. Rogowski and his assistant Blanca were excellent at their jobs and very professional. Lynda in the front is great too. I’ve had tons of quality work done here and they always seem to be on schedule, getting me in within minutes of arriving. I had dental anxiety before this and couldn’t feel more comfortable now. Great establishment!

I had such a wonderful experience at Creative Smiles. I had been dealing with a painful infection in my wisdom tooth and was at a loss on where I should go to confront this issue as I have moved states and hadn't found a dentist yet. I found Creative Smiles and the staff made my process smooth and easy, along with being very compassionate and understanding through what I was going through. I had a my extraction 4 days after my consultation with Dr. Chen and she was amazing and was there for alllll my questions and concerns... and still is! I normally don't enjoy dental visits and become very nervous but I dont mind anymore because of this great team! I definitely recommend Creative Smiles!
