After going to three dentists to consult with an issue I had, Dr. Rick was the first one to actually listen to my needs. He gave me several options (not just the one he prefers) and gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision for my dental health. I now love my dental appointments. Dr. Rick and his staff are amazing. They all feel like friends - warm, caring and helpful. Thank you Dr. Rick and all the staff!

Everything!!!!!!. Dr. B, Sonia, Maria, Bridget, etc.. are a great team. From the minute i enter their office, i felt welcome. Its clean!!!!! Even the bathroom have extra toothbrush and tooth paste and floss.. (so incase u forget to brush before coming, dont worry they got you). I ve never been to a dentist office before that i like...but this one i love them. Thanks for everything guys. Sonia thanks for the education and the great cleaning...and Dr. B, thanks for upgrade me from coach to first class...lol...I appreciate their work and i pretty sure you guys will too. I have been going to creative smile since before Dr. Rick purchased the practice, and I can't say how pleased I am that he did. Dr Rick and his team are just simply amazing! Tonya who is my hygienist is so thorough she gets my teeth looking amazing every time she cleans them. She also has such a sweet disposition about her and I always feel super comfortable in her chair. Dr Rick is just a blast he keeps you entertained while he does superb work on your teeth his dental work always looks wonderful and lasts helping to keep my smile healthy. Thank you Dr. Rick and all your team for being so amazing and accommodating to my dental needs! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Crockett is a blessing! The office staff is awesome! I was told years ago that nothing could be done about my teeth. I would have to deal with the pain of ill fitting dentures. He took on my case without hesitation. Everything is going great. The other day I needed to see him to make my old dentures more comfortable while I recover from surgery on my gums. Sonia got me in the same day. Even though we were running late, they still got me in. The cushion he lined them with is like night and day. I can eat regular food again. I can't wait until I'm all healed up and get my new teeth! Thank you so much for what you have already done. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else that needs dental work done.

My husband and I have been going to Creative Smiles since we moved to AZ in 2004. When Dr. Rick purchased the practice, it was a seamless transition. Dr. Rick and his team genuinely care about the health of their patients and always take time to learn what is new since the previous 6 month visit. The professional, fun environment keeps us coming back twice a year! The facilities are top notch and the extras are unbelievable - warm blankets and face towels, television and movies with noise cancellation head sets for those long procedures, paraffin wax hand treatment, retainer and ring cleaning - just to name a few. We have had excellent experiences from regular dental cleaning to cavities and crowns. We can't say enough about how happy we are with Dr. Rick and the Creative Smiles Team (a special shout out to Sonia, our hygienist - you are the best)!!!
