Save yourself some stress and frustration and avoid this place like the plague. All about $$$. My wife and I both have dental coverage.. Came in for a cleaning was told I needed a crown replaced and had a cavities previously unnoticed because of the area. I told them I was on a budget and did NOT want to create a bill at the time. My teeth were Not bothering me mind you. They Were Adamant both insurances would cover the treatments despite my concerns..
Got a bill for over $600 months later saying past due but was the first notification..went in today for a minor chip on a front tooth (already replaced before) and to discuss the bill I was told that to fill my chip would be out of pocket because the insurance was close to the max with all the charges still pending and being disputed. To fill my chip would be approx $300
There was zero Empathy. I’m thankful I did not complete the treatment plan or my bill would have been in the thousands. I explained the chip was filled before twice i paid about $50 The Dentist laughed, I said well I’m not sure what is funny but ok. ( very unprofessional) it was most likely my deductible I paid before.
I left told them my family (5) and friends would not be back. Went to another Dentist to get the chip filled. They were able to verify my wife’s plan and my plan could not be duplicated that’s now how it works with dual insurance. I guess these guys couldn’t figure that out or they just didn’t care so I’m stuck paying unexpected bills.
