Throughout the whole treatment everything went well. Everyone is nice and sweet, if you need anything you will ask and they will help out. They welcome you like big family!!

I love this place! Best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone is very welcoming, always pleasant and positive; from the moment I walk in until I leave... don't forget the phone calls/texts in between! Everytime I'm in there I learn something new. The conversations held there are very engaging and can go on and on, sometimes it's hard to leave! I love New Image Dentistry as a whole. Not one sour thought or feeling towers this place. EVER! From the first phone call to your initial visit. So far the staff I’ve encountered has been top notch. Irene the office manager is super nice. Karen at the front desk is also nice and friendly. The office is nice decor and clean. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend this office.

My entire experience at this dentistry was amazing! You immediately feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is so kind, and helpful. The actual appointment went really well. They are gentle and advise you to let you know what can have major improvement on your teeth. It's simply a place where you don't want to leave and should recommend to your friends and family.

I just had my first appointment today and I was very pleased with how friendly everyone is. The staff made me feel welcomed when I walked in and was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on and explaining each process. I will be following up with New Image for my next screening . The only thing is I did have a little trouble finding the place, Google led me to a different building in the same complex area. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a dentist or orthodontist.

I had a great visit today! Ceci did an amazing job with my cleaning and Maritza and Cindy in the front office were very friendly.
Don’t put off your visit during these tough times. The office is taking extreme caution and following guidelines, I felt very safe.

I've only been at this orthodontist since April, but the staff is very warming and welcoming. They give you a rundown of what the process will be like and I've already seen Amazing results! My favorite go to is G! He does amazing work and takes care of you!
Update: Dr. Ivanhoe is Great! He makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit, engaged in conversation, and asks about concerns that a patient may have. I appreciated the way he addressed my concerns.
