I was suffering from migraines and a dislocating jaw due to clenching my teeth. Dr. Kalika used botox and a bite guard to get my clenching under control and I haven't had a migraine since! (knock on wood) I loved his passion and caring attitude so much that I see him now for all my dental needs. The staff is also amazing. They will work with you on payments. We are lucky to have Dr. Kalika!

I discovered this dental office with being in pain. The dentist have look at and found out momentarily where the problem came from. He did the root canal and additionally Dr. Kalika not only fixed the problem professionally and resolved all the pain but gave recommendations about some possible future problems (it was surprisingly for me) and how to avoid them as well. I think I was lucky finding him, hope to be his patient in future.

In my 68 years, this is far and away the best dental experience I’ve ever had! You feel it the minute you walk in the door until you walk out. I would rate them a 10 if I could!

Life Changing!
Dr. Kalika has provided the best treatment for TMJ I've ever had! I've had the problem since shortly after High School-- 36 years. I've been through two other treatments: One was from an orthodontist who moved my teeth using rubber bands. It helped-- for a while, until the teeth receded back to their original position. Another treatment was a splint from another dentist. It worked for a while also, but it's inconvenient to wear all day, and thus the pain wasn't completely removed.
Given the severity of my problem I chose the crown therapy, which obviously is more permanent than what orthodontists do, and doesn't require a mouth full of a device (splint).
Dr. Kalika understood exactly what to do and expressed it fluently, thus instilling confidence in me to proceed with the treatment. He also consulted with a world-renowned dentist, Dr. Enrico DeVito, when encountering unexpected problems. I'm not surprised there were some bumps in the road, given the length of time I've had the pain. I was impressed that he would have the humility to seek additional help. The result has been life-changing for me. I couldn't be happier!
Dr. Kalika's staff if friendly and professional, and his manner is the best of any health-care professional I've ever been to.

I would recommend Dental Center of Mesa. Dr. Kalika explained options and was able to restore my natural tooth eliminating the potential for an extraction and implant. Andrea was a pleasure to work with re: unexpected insurance limitations.

Dental cleaning: excellent hygienist! She was gentle, caring & professional. I enjoyed my time there. Well worth it!

I love Dr. Kalika and his staff! I am grateful that I was referred to him and we have been very happy! It is hard to find an honest, upfront, gentle, and awesome staff.

I wish there were more stars to give the Dental Center of Mesa! I love this place. I hated the dentist before I went here.. Dr. Kalika is awesome and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Christy, Lacey, Angel, Debbie, and anyone else I forgot, you guys rock!!! I recommend Dr. Kalika to everyone I know who needs a dentist!

Here was my personal experience from last week. We had received a mailer for a cleaning, x-rays and a consultation with the dentist. The only thing the mailer said was not valid if you had periodontal disease. Ok.. so I get there. Fill out the paperwork and get the x-rays. They said maybe possibly a cavity and there was a little plaque. No big deal. Then I was informed that it would be $205 for the cleaning instead of the $22 coupon. They said that was only for extremely healthy teeth. None of which was on the mailer. It was for a teeth cleaning. I said so are you diagnosing me with periodontal disease then? They said No. But that they were unwilling to fufill their advertised price. And were unwilling to do any cleaning what so ever but then wanted me to still pay for the x-rays, cleaning, and consultation advertised. I would not recommend due to false advertising and wasted my time. This was my personal experience and felt like it is a bait and switch situation. Not transparent at all.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER:
The mailer says "In absence of Periodontal Disease". Please review your mailer before claiming it says something else. I received x rays and then she counted my teeth. There was no exam. She said we needed a deeper cleaning in order to PREVENT calculus and whatever from forming. Not that it was present. That is called an up sell in the buisness. You can claim whatever you would like. That is your right. This was MY personal experience. I asked if you guys were diagnosing me with periodontal disease, they said no. You claim I had "more than just a little plaque" but none of you even gave me an examination. You never saw my teeth and no exam was ever done because in order to have done so your office wanted $205. The sheet she had given me was taken away before I was able to even start reading in before the finace lady came in. By the resonse that was given I would NEVER EVER recomend this buisness. This was MY personal experience. You were not present.

I have been going there for years and they always take care of me. They have done a lot of working on my teeth. I recently married, and my wife and 2 girls go there as well.
