Pre-paid for my appt, was 7 min late, they gave MY prepaid timeslot to another pt. Unacceptable. Running a schedule that tight is a cattle call, and I'll speak with my feet/wallet and go elsewhere with my family. If appointment was NOT prepaid I'd have no right to moan about it. But it was.
I rescheduled items to make room for this appointment and had the time given away. I've been there 15 minutes early in the past, made to wait 30, so there should be at least the most basic amount ot reciprocity, when people have paid in advance. I expect to see a refund.
