Dr. Kalicka is the most caring and HONEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Not only does he know how to treat patients according to their needs, but he keeps on current trends in his industry and is willing to try all options to ensure his patients get the best care and treatment. I was having migraines almost daily and Dr. Kalicka suggested we try a night guard. His innovative design has reduced the amount of headaches I get per week from 5 to 6 to 1 to 2. What a major improvement in my life. I do not ususally post reviews, but this is one dentist that I recommend to everyone I know, including my mother.

I love the office. I love the staff. I planned to be a patient forever, but they charge me a $50 fee for missing an appointment. I haven't had a doctor do that since the 90's! I called to say how sick I was and they waived the fee, but ... they argued. "you signed a paper, blah blah" It was such a pain. I have health issues that cause me to cancel appointments on short notice occasionally and I just was not comfortable continuing as a patient at that point. Sick or not, there's no need to charge a fee to a regular patient. What if I was dead? Would they bill my family? I just don't like unnecessary fees, that's all I can say.

Prior to my most recent visit my cleaning visits usually went well. However at my most recent cleaning the ultra sonic instrument the hygienist used seemed too high as it caused a sharp ringing in my ears and afterward my back teeth are cold sensitive. This hygienist was new to me and I would like a different hygienist next time.

Feels like my second home. Everyone is friendly but in a professional way. Felt no pain when they did a root canal and deep cleaning. They do have a payment plan. I love dr Kalika. Don't be scared. I didn't feel any pain...

This place is absolutely incredible! They listen to you concerns and treat you with kindness! I’m someone with a lot of anxiety and I couldn’t have been in better hands! I’m super grateful to this practice.

I was in desperate need of critical dental care (a root canal and several fillings), but had no insurance and very little extra money. After visiting several dentists in the valley who could not work with me in my current situation, a friend of mine suggested The Dental Center based on the good experience he had with them.
I was incredibly glad that I found them. They were willing to work with me and financial situation in order to save my front tooth and finally relieve me of my pain.
I was also very nervous about the procedures that I needed to have, but Dr. Kalika and the staff made me feel completely relaxed, with an emphasis on making as comfortable as possible during my dreaded root canal. Thanks to the good doctor and his friendly, caring manner, the root canal went by without a hitch and very little discomfort.
These people saved my tooth, my smile, and most importantly, my life. (If you don't think that your poor dental health can kill you, you're wrong). I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kaliko and the awesome assistants and consultants on staff.
I seriously recommend the Dental Center for anyone who needs great, quality care from professionals who put the health of the patient first and financial concerns second.

I saw Dr. Jonathan Kalika to have some emergency work done. I was in a lot of pain when I went to see him. Not only was his staff extremely helpful he was wonderful. He was sensitive to my needs and feelings! He got me in right away and made the pain go away. I've seen a lot of dentist and none, really none ever took the time to relieve my stress and make me feel comfortable. He really talked to me and he was sincere about wanting to help me. Its not about the money to him, he really cares and wants to help people. I went in had the work done and every time it hurt he would apologize! He never hurt me it was my tooth but he made it possible for me to actually feel ok with everything! I would recommend him to EVERYONE! His staff will talk to you as long as you need the whole experience was great! Now really how many people can actually say that about the dentist they see?? Take a leap of faith go see him and his staff you'll never want to see anyone else!

Iam very proud to be part of a great team at the The Dental Center. Dr. Kalika is wonderful!!! He's smart and cares about his patients. Best in town.

After paying over $7000 for mini implants(price I was quoted was$7000) my mouth is still sore and Dr. Kalika will not do anything about it. Won't even talk to me how shameful is that. Seems like I should expect a good fit. When I eat, the teeth come out with the food. How pleasant is that.

If anyone is looking for the best dental experience ever this is he place to go. I used hate going to the dentist ever since I switched over to going to the dental center of Mesa I no longer dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend this dentist the dentist and staff are the best and truely care about what's best for their patients.
