I love this office, the staff and the dentist, no complaints. The only complaint I have is when I call their office, which is their number listed, I can never get a call back. I think it's an answering service but not sure. I've called several times in the past to set an appointment, called this Monday to make a payment and the lady said she'll have the manager call me back for a card payment, today is Thursday still no call back.

I was able to get right in an Dr. Chaffee was professional and thorough. I appreciated them taking multiple x-rays during my root canal to make sure things are done properly and I loved getting my crown the same day. They’re informative, they don’t try to upsell on anything and were very kind patient and it was painless.

With everything going on in these crazy days, I thought I wouldn't be able to find a dental office that was open. A couple days ago I woke up to a swollen face and a terrible toothache. What a timing! I called and a young lady named Carly was so helpful and nice, they were able to get me in immediately. I went in and was so nervous. Dr Chaffee helped me understand what was going on and what was needed. I needed to get my tooth pulled and an implant placed. After all Ive seen, theres no one else I’ll trust with my mouth again. Everyone was so nice and understanding, I think everyone should go to Dentists of Mesa!
