This is a quota dental practice. My husband was denied his regular cleaning in November 2022 & told he needed a deep cleaning. He was also told he had 4 cavities. They also wanted to replace his old silver fillings. Upon his exam & checkup at our new dentist today (February), no cavities were present & no deep cleaning was needed.
Last fall, I was told I needed a crown on a tooth that I'd had a root canal on a year ago even though it was not bothering me.
I overhead the dentist telling another patient in an adjacent chair that she needed a root canal THAT DAY &assured her that they could do it that day for her. She was panicked & told them she didn't have time or money for that.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. They are trying to meet a quota for every procedure set by their corporate office. They are lying to their patients. If you are a patient here, GET OUT.

I was very upset when our dental insurance changed in January but I didn’t realize it was for the best cause I had to change dentist after all these years but I found the best office and dentist ever . Having a huge thing done today with 3 crowns needed and I think my fears of dentists are over because of this office and dentist Dr. Chen .
Highly recommend this office and Dr Chen .

I deleted my previous review because I was promised a refund.
If I don't receive my refund soon I will post all the details of my experience.

Been going there for two years. I love the fact you can get a crown done in a day & have payment options, same as cash. There is a new dentist/staff there now. I went for a teeth cleaning but was told I needed a deep cleaning (which stops any further cleaning of your teeth - also my husband had gone in the previous month & got the same talk). I may need it but I was taken aback that they didn’t finish the regular teeth cleaning. I will be calling my insurance also to see what is covered and ask them some questions. I’m tired of finding a good dentist & things change. I went in for the cleaning and the crown. It was a good experience

The only reason we came here is because my insurance changed, and the practice I’ve been going to for years no longer accepts my insurance.
To be frank, the first few interactions at this office have been very disappointing. For a root canal, they charged my wife well over the industry standard (over $2000). We have the lower premium insurance which doesn’t cover most of the costs, but this is still an outrageous cost even for those without insurance. In addition, they sent paperwork home to her for the bill and when she returned to complete Phase 2 of her root canal, the office had lost it and didn’t believe that we had paid the first payment.
During my regular scheduled cleaning with Lily Chen, I had to decline multiple times that I didn’t want the more expensive cleaning and was told that I will likely get gingivitis as a result. This scare tactic to scrape as much money out of me as possible didn’t work and as a result I will be looking elsewhere.
In summary, this office seems disorganized, seems very new and is trying to meet quotas by over-charging their customers. The 5-star reviews that they’re boosting on Google aren’t fooling anyone
