Amazed that you can be in & out so quickly with a new crown. I had a very good experience, as a group, they seem to be a cut above the ordinary dentistry experience.

Was never completely satisfied with the dental care here but today solidified that this ain’t the place to be. Had a crown done at another dentist no problem, crown done here? Nothing but pain, persistent cold and hot sensitivity and can’t chew on that side. A filling that has led to an infection and root canal. Cost me thousands of dollars to get my dental work done here and still no actual relief. One of the doctors actually grinded down my filling on an infected aching tooth without lidocaine. Gave an antibiotic prescription and left me in pain. Doctors don’t listen and work too quickly. I only chose them because they took UHC dental and were open on the weekends if you have delta or something else I’d keep looking.

Amazing dentist!! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and really makes you feel at home! Very clean facilities and the dentists/hygienists do all they can to make you feel comfortable! This place makes me excited to go to the dentists!

I am so impressed! I am so happy I found this place. It was a great environment and great experience. I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Definitely will recommend this place to everyone and anyone who asks!!

This is the worst dentist office experience I have ever had. I visited this office a couple of times and each time was terrible. The doctor there assumed I could afford my treatment plan because of my engagement ring. Which I thought was completely unprofessional. The second time was when we schedule for a root canal and I was told they would except a payment plan. When I arrived for my appointment they asked for my card to pay the full total. I explained to them I put money down and was told I'd have a payment plan set up. They then explained they don't offer payment plans. The third time I was scheduled for 4 wisdom teeth extraction. I called two days before my appointment because I was really nervous on what would be happening and I requested to have laughing gas. When I arrived the doctor then told me. He couldnt prescribe me any pain relief and if I wanted to reschedule with an oral surgeon I could. My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks prior, they couldn't tell me then?? I then asked if ibuprofen would be okay and he said of course. The Doctor started to remove my top left tooth, at this moment im shaking and have tears coming down my face.. I asked him what he was doing? He said "im pulling your tooth" I then asked what about the laughing gas. He said that wasn't on my chart. He had no patient consideration what so ever. Four days after I was in so much pain and I had taken close to an entire 250 capsule of Ibuprofen. I called to visit again to see why I was experiencing so much paid. A new doctor saw me and then asked for my x-rays to be pulled up before the extraction. She said under her breath that I had an infection and turned to me and asked if they had prescribed me any antibiotics. I said NO. She then prescribed me with antibiotics. I will not be visiting this office in the future.

Amazing team, ON TIME WORK, I didn’t have to wait hours before I was called to start treatment. Beautiful , neat and clean clinic, very friendly team members, and their working hours so convenient for my daily busy schedule. I would definitely recommend them for any body who needs dental treatment , my family will start visiting them to get all dental care they need now and in the future .....

They made me wait for an hour and told me to come back later. Another person was also unhappy with the treatment who talked to me coming out of the clinic. Please save yourself. The girl on the reception was super rude. I asked her to book an appointment because they didn't treat me and the girl said ok, later I found she forgot to book the appointment. They don't respect anybody or any ones time.

I was on vacation in the Scottsdale area and broke a tooth late in the evening on a Saturday. I called Paradise Ridge Dentisty that night hoping to get an appointment on Monday at the very least. I was delighted and amazed that I was able to reach someone that very evening. Mary answered my call, recognized my sense of urgency, informed me the office was open on Sundays and booked an appointment for noon on Sunday. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Roberts was on staff that day, as well Lisa and both did a fantastic job of assuring me they would have a new crown delivered within a couple of hours. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving my dental issue was outstanding. Two hours later my tooth was beautifully restored.

My experience at Paradise Ridge Dentistry was perfect from the moment I booked the appointment and throughout the procedure. I appreciated the commitment to excellence in their practice and would give my highest recommendation to anyone needing dental services.
