I went in a little nervous because it was my first deep cleaning and the hygienist put my right at ease. She answered all my questions and walked me through the process. And the technicians and assistants were very friendly and helpful!

I went to dr. David Lloyd office to deliver food. While I was there I said what a nice office. I am going to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. The receptionist was laughing an talking to a man. I told her I would like to schedule an appointment. She said it would take a few moments to finish up with the man. I was willing to wait . She started to laugh and said here is the card call to schedule one and laughed. Went back to laughing and talking with the man. I call in to speak to someone to complain about her. She said that there was know one to talk to and they did not want me as a patient. I would not be a good fit and don’t call back. I felt that she was looking down on me because I delivered food for extra income besides my full time job.
It is not a place I would want to go to have my teeth done.

I went to Paradise Ridge Dentistry today and in one-and-a-half hours, I walked from the office with two crowns. The last time I had a crown (from another dental service), it took ten days. Thank you, P. R. Dentistry, for your professional care!

Amazing as always! Thank you Dr Kloss and Kaitlyn for your support and recommendations following my visit.
I had to go back to see Dr Kloss due to my crown coming off following the first attempt with the bond that he used (which we did not know what type of crown my previous dentist used in New York) and with new information I shared of the crown and when I had it done in New York, Dr Kloss did not want to move forward and try to up sale me on getting a new crown from him which I would've had to pay a lot out of pocket and most likely would've stayed and paid.
Based on the type of crown I had he recommended that I reach out to another dentist that works on Zirconia crowns. Kaitlyn, the hygienist/receptionist referred me to a doctor who works on this type and they were able to get me in the next day, which that service went well with great customer service (Shea Dental: Dr Siegel).
Paradise Ridge is about honesty, compassion, and customer first level of service. While the dentist at Shea was amazing, I would continue to keep Paradise Ridge as my primary care!!!!

I've now had treatment at Paradise Ridge for years. Most recently two procedures by Dr. Kloss, he....is....AMAZING! He is everything you would wish for in a dentist. Kind, concerned for his patients comfort, willing to explain everything, clearly loves what he does, super efficient and precise. Some people get lucky enough to select a profession they were clearly perfect for. He nailed it! Go see him. Seriously.

So far I have had a great experience with both visits. The staff is friendly, caring and professional. The front receptionist is so easy to talk to and explained everything so well. The Dr. is great too. I like the personal care and the no wait time for an appointment as well as in the office. They even play a movie while you are in the treatment room. If you are looking for a new dentist i highly recommend them. Special Thanks to Janelle one of the dental hygienist and Brittney the dental assistant.

They honor the EMERGENCY and helped me immensely. Appointment was made and though not in my network, Dr. Klaus was instantly able to advise me, prescribe antibiotics and get me on the healing road within 24 hours!
