Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry

Very professional office and staff was very kind. I felt the exam was thorough and my options were laid out clearly. My treatment by both the dentist and the hygienist was top notch.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but when I do, it's usually due to a significant positive or negative experience. Today falls into the latter. My experience today with Paradise Ridge Dentistry will go down in infamy. I originally came in January 2020, because of a cracked veneer. Due to Paradise Ridge offering weekend appointments and the urgency of the work needed, I picked them. Their original work was fine, with no complaints.

Last night, while eating pizza, I cracked my veneer. Mind you, I'm starting a new job next week and felt panicked that I was going to walk into work on my first day looking like a hillbilly. Luckily, they had a whole slew of next-day appointments for me to be seen(a HUGE red flag for a dental practice). Today, I drove nearly 40 minutes to be seen and get this fixed. I have friends who are dentists and also called a couple of local dental practices beforehand and was told the industry standard for warranties on crowns is 3-5 years, so I should be covered by Paradise Ridge. I walk in and was immediately berated for $98 for an exam to look at the work THEY DID and that should be covered under warranty. They told me that they are under new ownership and my veneers won't be covered, due to the last owner only offering a 2-year warranty. They then went on to offer no real resolution or remorse for my dilemma. They weren't willing to honor any kind of warranty or do even a basic exam - at the very least could've offered me a free consultation or a 50 % credit towards replacing it. To top it all off, the lack of professionalism by the office manager and the attitude she displayed towards me was frankly startling.

After this horrid experience, I called Family Dental Care and they agreed to see me the next day for a free consultation. The lady on the phone showed real compassion and professionalism, something that you won't find in any of the employees at Paradise Ridge. I beg you as a conscientious consumer to never give your hard-earned money to a business that operates with such a lack of customer service and ethics.

Have been going to Paradise Ridge dentistry for around 3 years, but the recent changes make me even happier to be a customer there .

Love the energy of the staff, the hygienists and dentist are very personable and I don't feel like they recommend things I don't need. Check them out if you're looking for a great family dentist practice with flexible hours.

Thank you PRD Team for such a great visit yesterday. From start to finish, my experience was the best! I highly recommend Viola (assistant) and Val (hygienist). Val did a great job cleaning my teeth and gums. Dr. Warner is super nice too.

I called PRD because I had a major toothache. I hadn't been before but they got me in right away. My procedure was major but they took care me right then. I really appreciate Dr R for his great job.

All the employees there, took their time, explaining everything, let me know upfront the costs, and the dentist was very patient and they offered options for treatment. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Excellent service, Dr Warner is a highly skilled dentist, able to handle the most complex dental issues. Great for the whole family.

I've been coming here for years and always love the staff, dentists and hygienists ! My hygienist today , Will, is awesome ! He is so kind and caring! A++++++++

I highly recommend this dental office. They were absolutely amazing in every way! I have had so many bad experiences at dental offices, I was not expecting such an amazing experience!!!

Stay away!
They lied at the time I made an appointment, claiming to provide service my husband needed. When my husband came for an appointment they made him wait over an hour, taking other people in. Then did a full array of tests even though he came specifically for extraction, and after 2 hours of all that they said they can’t even do extraction with sedation or help in any way…
Oh and naturally after all that they sent us a bill for “evaluation and X-rays” even though I asked not to do full exam since we have a regular dentist and insurance won’t cover duplicate services.
And now they have audacity to harass my husband for follow up! You people are gold diggers!
