Nice staff. It was my first visit and I was disappointed that I was not scheduled for a teeth cleaning as I requested. Now I have to go back in a couple of days and that is not convenient for me. Minus 1 star.

The dental assistants were very friendly and helpful. Dr Kloss explained the veneer process and I left, with a pricing sheet to discuss with my husband since it is expensive. I am presently going with in house whitening treatment. thank you

Paradise Ridge is an Incredible dental office, this is where you want to be for a friendly atmosphere, with a professional staff. This office has taken quality of care, to a level that is amazing. Terrific experience, you should go!!!

Honestly I have a hard time going to the dentist because of past experience. I found paradise ridge dentistry. The website was nice talking about being patient and all that but Dr. Jafari was very rude and impatient talking down to me and leaving the room after 1 attempt because I felt pain in my nerve. I didn’t see the doctor again and I had no idea how to follow up. I am very frustrated it took a lot for me to go in and I am very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who is hesitant about the dentist to go somewhere else.

My dental hygienist was friendly but her work was poor quality. Their billing department was unprofessional and also lacking in quality.
I would avoid this one.
Also their responses for some of the other critical reviews are out of line. I.e telling a critical review to change their tone or they will "tell the whole story". Threatening to break HIPAA is no bueno.

I sincerely love going here! I have serious dental anxiety— and everyone here does everything in their power to make me feel comfortable, well taken care of, and like a priority. Even in the world of Covid-19, they’re taking every precaution they can and being very transparent with how their processes goes. Love these guys!

Excellent experience. Called with an emergency and was in in less than 24 hrs. Staff was very friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented. Well done them. Saw Dr. Dole. Very nice, provided lots of information and options. Very gentle touch. If I lived here full time this would be my go to place. Well done all!!!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist! I had such a traumatic experience in the past, I have let my mouth get terrible. I was in terrible pain and reached out to Paradise Ridge. The staff asked about my anxiety and past experience, and were very comforting and empathetic. Dr Yasso made my fears disappear, not only by his chair side manner, but with everything leading up to and including my extraction. I found my new dentist, thank you Dr. Yasso and Paradise Ridge Dentistry.
