Visiting a dental facility usually has it’s angle of apprehensions and fears, but not at Creative Smiles Dentistry! — I felt like I had arrived at a resort! Friendly people, a clean and inviting atmosphere. Very relaxing. Upon exiting the facility, and walking back to the car, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. Can not wait for the next visit!

Came in for an emergency I've been in a lot of pain for 2 days now, Instead of doing anything to help the pain they just made it alot worse. I asked if they could numb me or something to help with the pain since there was nothing else they could do and they didn't do anything. doctor and nurse were not friendly. Instead of helping me now with my issue they were trying to sell me on other things to be done that was not a concern of mine at the moment.

Unfortunately my lack of knowledge about my mother’s dental plan highlighted my ignorance regarding the charges. However, I had an excellent conversation with Theresa who explained *in detail* all of the procedures that my mom was receiving and even took the time to explain the dental insurance coverage (which I should have known). They have been taking care of my Mom’s teeth and they are very up front and honest about the work and will happily explain the importance of every procedure they do. Kudos to Theresa and the rest of the team. Highly recommend
