Absolutely awful front desk service! Twice now I've been there 15 minutes before my appointment signed in and waited over an hour and a half before going back to the desk to find my daughter was never signed in. So last time they got her in as a quick clean this time Ishe wasn't seen at all because the dentist went to lunch and they could get me in on a couple hours. I don't have time for that. That's why I make an appointment. I had to pull my daughter from schooldrive 30 minutes to get there to not be seen. Front desk needs to learn how to do their job.
Also the bathroom was disgusting. Today was the 1st time I've ever used it and for a place that should practice good hygiene I guess that should have been a sign.
It was as gross as a grant and oracle circle k bathroom....
Looking for a new place to take my daughter. What a disappointment.

We always have a pleasant experience going to Dorsett, either location. Today I took my kids to the 22nd location. Dr. Park and his assistant Ron were awesome. The front desk ladies were very helpful and polite. The woman who checked my older son in and took his weight and height noticed my son had a boot on his foot from a surgery and they were very thorough to make sure everything would be ok and he wouldn’t need antibiotics.

Worst location cancels appointments without confirmation 👍 dirty place. Appointments set prior should not have to be confirmed especially if this office set the date with the client. And the DENTIST OFFICE cancels the appointment 10 minutes prior.

I beg you- DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I make an appointment they reschedule at the last minute. I’ve had nothing but problems with these people. They’ve also double billed me and I’ve had to go back numerous times for severe tooth pain I’ve been experiencing after a filling.

I really enjoy dorsett dentistry, I've been going there for a long time. They always taken care of my dental needs and Elena has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my visits, As well as the rest of the staff I would recommend dorsett dentistry to anyone.

We have been coming here since 2013. And, We this place. I wouldn't want to change my Dentist, for anything.
I'm going to start coming myself as soon as I'm able too. But, Yes, we love them. This is Our Other Family apart from Our Doctor's house.

Everyone there is always very nice. Elena has helped my children and I multiple times and she’s always so helpful, nice, understanding and knowledgeable. I always appreciate when she helps us when we are there.

This is by far the worst experience at a dentist office I've ever had I took my daughter her her teeth checked up on and they talked her into braces but she really wanted them and needed them etc so they gave her a quote on braces in November which they had me sign for the quote but I got it then I saved up for those braces cuz she really wanted them so I brought her back in March which they said she needed a new consultation cause it had been so long. So I'm thinking okay well we can get a consultation and see how much it cost but instead she walks out of the consultation with the braces on and at the end of the visit as we're leaving the lady has me sign a new contract with a quote that's three times as much as the original one. During the period she had the braces on wires broke brackets fell off and none of that was replaced it was just clipped to make her feel more comfortable so by the time we had them removed early my daughter didn't even the full equipment in because instead of fixing whatever broke they just clicked it off and just left it off don't go here to have your teeth fixed this place is by far the worst dentist in Tucson they lie they cheat you and then still expect the contract to be paid in the end 100%. I for sure will never be coming back to this place not for whitenings or exams or anything.
