ZERO Stars-My 8 year old son was nervous about getting another crown put on, so I went in and sat with him. While they put him under nitros the Dr. told him “You’re too old to still be needing nitros. I’m not the only dentist in town. I don’t have to fix your tooth.” I pulled my son out of the chair immediately and we left. Very unprofessional. Belittling children is never ok. You are right though, you’re NOT the only dentist in town. We won’t be back.

Bad, bad , bad, service, they don’t care about your oral health. Diont come to this office , they are not profesional, they are profesionalls in cover there mistakes that’s for sure. BAD. Don’t come to Dorset Dentestry .

Well first...you get to your appointment early. Then you wait for an hour and 15 minutes and when you complain...they say well...if you read this sign referring to 5 minute late policy...which had zero to do with us as we were not late. But the guy has an attitude because he thinks hes gods gift to the world. My kid went and asked " the bald" guy about how long and everyone on staff lied and said she didnt ask them. Adults lying on a child. Really. So. If I could do zero stars I would. Kool Smiles changed the name but it didnt change their services.
