Dorsett Dentistry and Braces

I've been bringing my kids here for years Elena has always been great and very helpful with great customer service she make the experience of coming to the dentist easy and a good experience.

This place continues to mess up on my appointments and they literally had us sit in the room for 2 hours and that made me extremely late to work. Thanks a lot going to be checking out a new place.

Elena Graves was great! Extremely helpful staff. Alex the hygienist was very helpful as well!! Great office, highly recommend this place!!

Worse place ever. They gave me an appointment at 9:30. Kept telling me it would me another 20 min we are waiting for a room. I waited 2 hours. She finally said “come back at 1pm but You'll have to wait again, didn’t entone tell you your appointment was booked as an emergency and we will see you when we can, so you’ll just have to wait here.” Extremely unprofessional and they have homeless walking into the office

1st of all, I made an emergency appointment today because my 6 year old daughter was in crying pain, we were able to be seen an hour later!! Dr. Guerrero was so cool, and calm he took care of my baby right away. Myra is the absolute BEST in the game, So personable and kind. She treated and talked to my baby like she was her own, just so confidant and reassuring. I'm already skeptical of anyone dealing with my kids, then I was nervous because my baby had never had any major work done, so I was a little on edge. Myra came in and explained everything and talked to me as if we had been friends for years. I was so blown away at how quickly they worked and how genuine they were. My kids are so excited to go to the dentist because they are treated so well at Dorsett. Everyone, that I talk to there is always nice, patient and kind. Bianca is another one of my favorites, always very helpful and pleasant. I don't normally write reviews but I had to today because this is the BEST customer service I've received in years. I get the impression that everyone there loves what they do. Thank you all so much, you're a great team.!!

Very nice people, especially Elana and Jazmin. They were both extremely helpful. Great place to get your teeth fixed!

I made an appointment at 8 a.m. Right when they open the doors. I sat in the back until 8:48 and still had not been seen by the dentist. What a joke! What is the point of making an appointment if they're going to just sit you back there for almost an hour? I got up and walked out. As I walked out I told one of the ladies in the front how ridiculous it was and told another customer on that I had been back there for 48 minutes. Find another place for your dental care. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I have years bringing my kids to this dental office location. The Dr's, Team and all Staff are very professional and have excellent patient care. Everyone is very attentive and friendly always.

My daughter went to get teeth removed and it was horrendous, she was awake for three really difficult extractions,"Dr.s words" they kept the nitrous on her for over an hour and released us 5 minutes after everything. Five minutes in the car she had her first seizure ever while I was driving in traffic. I almost wrecked and thought why wouldn't they keep her at least 10 minutes to make sure she was OK. I'm traumatized and will not be going back ever.

My daughter comes to this office regularly and they take really good care of her. Yazmine always helps Dr Park and they are a great team.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and it really shows that they care about their patients.
