Gentle Dental Ina Road

Chipped my tooth and they got me in quick and fixed me up. Very friendly staff .

I do not usually do reviews but at this point I feel i need to. This is by far the worst and unprofessional dental office I have ever taken my son to. I work in healthcare and this is unacceptable. I scheduled my son’s first appt back in September waited a few weeks and received a call that it needed to be rescheduled the Dr did not feel comfortable with Peds . I rescheduled the appointment for Beginning of October to be seen for a check up and then I received a call a week later saying that his appointment needed to be rescheduled. I then scheduled him for the middle of October finally got him seen and found out he needed fillings. I called and scheduled and appt for the end of October and I received several calls and texts saying to confirm appt. I did. I got to the office after driving 45 mins to the appointment to find out that they cancelled the appt because the Dr was running behind. I rescheduled this appt again for 11/22 and received a call that his appt was moved to November 22 at 12pm. I called on 11/19 to confirm the appt and it has again been rescheduled to 11/29 @ 12 pm. It has been over a month of me trying to schedule an appt to get this done for my son and have yet to do so. At this point I refuse to go back to this office. I would not recommend this office to anybody. The worse place!!!!

If you need a dentist, DO NOT use Gentle Dental on Ina and Mona Lisa. Office staff is incompetent, charts are not updated, most of the staff is rude. Please, for your own sanity pick a different dentist. They also call you way too many times to make your appointments and claim you have appointments scheduled when you never did in the first place. They use gorilla tactics in order to get patients through the door. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time. Update: Gentle Dental has responded as you can see below. My review IS for the location I listed. They don't have a patient file for me because I am the mother of a minor child that WAS a patient. Nice that they asked me to remove my review. Gorilla tactics indeed.

Gentle dental went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible! Dr. Burningham was stellar an made it a priority to listen to my needs and even made sure the endo was made aware of said needs! (I've had multiple nightmares with dentist not listening.) The Assistant David made sure to communicate anything I didn't understand. I also had a good experience with the hygienist and staff, thanks!

I came in with an emergency; a filling fell out of my tooth and it is also chipped. So I was in alot of pain. They referred me to someone else? And I asked for something for the pain and they gave me advil! Why cant I get pain meds for this pain! Everyone is not a drug abuser and i felt very profiled and did not like it. Now I am still in pain and have to see an oral surgeon. If I did that at my job I would be fired.

Dr. Burningham and his two assistants (Lisa and David) are super awesome! They are so fun and make you feel so comfortable in the dental chair. Would highly recommend to visit them if you’re searching for a new dental office.

The team at Gentle Dental Ina and Mona Lisa are great!! I had a wonderful experience! Lisa and her 2 front desk staff are friendly and know who I am when I walk in the door. Keep up the wonderful work.

They are the absolute best there! I have always hated going to the dentist. Needless to say I put off my cleaning for quite a while. It was not a traumatic experience and there was no judgment because I had not been to the dentist. Now, I find myself looking forward to seeing them. The only complaint that I have is that the picture on the back wall is hung too low to see when you are reclined in the chair.

For 6 years I've been having my dental care tended to at this location. I was VERY pleased with the staff, service, and efficiency for a few years. Through the years it has all gone downhill. Changes in front desk help, dentists, hygienists and office manager have NOT been positive changes. Lisa, whom I the assume is the lead front office person,
Is absutely rude, loud, and unprofessional. I've thought this since my first encounter with her. She speaks down to the other employees, speaks poorly of them out in the open, down right one of the lowest levels of professionalism I've seen so consistently EVER. I was in today for a 9am appointment, sat waiting w/o updates until 9:30, at which I got up to ask. I was then promptly called back at 9:35, where is waited until 10:05 to actually be seen. Putting some serious thought into taking my dental care somewhere else. I would absolutely appreciate being provided a number to file a formal complaint against Lisa in more detail, she is awful.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They waited until the last minute to verify eligibility with my insurance. I drove all the way over there took time off work and they canceled my appointment last minute because of their own failure to do their job and check my insurance info.
