I live in Chandler, AZ and make a trip down here because there's nobody else I would trust more than Dr. Allen. This place is hands down the best place to care for my teeth. After seeing multiple dentists and orthodontists, I was very glad to find Dr. Allen in Nogales, followed him to Tucson and will continue to do so.

BROKE HIPAA TODAY by sending a mass email to a large number of patients whom we could see via the "to" on the email asking for us to write good reviews to win prizes. I visited this office once in the past, and will never be back. The whole experience felt very fake and "selly." I did not trust the dentist and felt he wanted to do more fillings than necessary for money. I got a second opinion and ended up not needing any of the fillings or having the problems he suggested I had.

By far one of the bests dentists I have ever had. Dr. Allen is the only dentist I know that will come out to greet you and shake your hand before you sit down with him. He takes the time to answer any questions. I have had dentists where they take about 2 mins. He will take 30 if you need him to. They also send follow up letters and will call to make sure your doing okay.
Their office is amazing. They have tv's in the office so when he is working on your teeth. You can watch your favorite channel. They have iPads and a Wii for the kids.
I am very thankful to have found a nice dentist on the East side of Tucson.

I recently relocated to Tucson and was super lucky to find this Dr. Micheal Allen and his wonderful staff. I had no referral and was just walking by his office and stopped in. I was super impressed at the friendliness of the entire staff and how immaculate the office is! Dr. Allen is always professional and extremely cheerful every time I have gone to his office in the last 2 years. I would give 10 stars if possible!
