It was my first experience at this Dentist office.
The staff were very professional and were all courteous and friendly. My dental hygienist, Rachael, was very nice and did a great job cleaning and examining my teeth.
She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable , being it was my first visit.
Dr. Leding was also very professional and nice and easy to understand concerning her diagnosis for my future dental work.

Everyone was awesome! From the appointment scheduling, to the check-in, to the x-rays and cleaning, to the wonderful Dr. Leding coming in and talking me through my treatment plan; the care and precision that was displayed; it was just an awesome experience. I know no one looks forward to going to the dentist, but I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Sandie Leding and her staff enough! I’ve had a lifelong fear of dentists and, as a result, lifelong dental issues. From the front desk to the exam chair, I felt welcomed and respected by everyone. The office is impeccably clean and endearingly decorated. Julie the hygienist is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. My teeth have never been this clean before! Julie went above and beyond to answer my many questions. Dr. Leding herself showed both kindness and professionalism. She promptly diagnosed my problems and formed a comprehensive treatment plan. She listened to all of my concerns, eased my worries, and helped to manage my expectations. If you have to undergo the discomfort of dental work, have it done in this comfortable office full of caring professionals.

Rachel did a great job cleaning my teeth with some new sonic type device (not sure what it is called). She was also very understanding about my anxiety about going to the dentist for some unknown reason. She was good about reminding me to relax and breathe.
Dr. Leding was very through and explained several different options for an issue I was having but she never tried to push me into having something done that wasn’t completely necessary.

I am always pleased with the Arkansas Dental Center in Chenal. The Hygienists are gentle and .. kind. Dr Wycliffe is compassionate and also kind. Dental work can be scary, but not there.
