Friendly service at the desk. This was my sons appointment. We did not have to wait long to be called back once we got there. My son said that Amber and the dentist were friendly. The appointment was done in a timely manner. Clean bathroom and waiting room.

Nice friendly staff, greets you with a smile. They get you in and out with minimal waiting. They take the time to discuss treatment option as well as Insurance coverage questions. No high pressure sales tactics. In the years I have been going there, I have had cleanings, fillings, crowns and even an implant and have loved the results.

My whole family loves Siloam Smiles!! Dr. Walters has always been fantastic and Dr. Chavez is new and he is wonderful too!! All the hygienists are so nice and take such good care of the patients and the ladies at the front always know me by name and ask about my family by name. Very pleased w/ the Dr. & staff. I have been a delivery driver of medical oxygen & nitrous (laughing gas) & have been to many dentists all around the tri-state area. The staff here are truly exceptional & Dr. Walters has the best bedside manner I have encountered. As a matter of fact, I am going to bring my wife & children to Dr. Walters & make him our new family dentist.

First visit to Smiles Dental. Teeth cleaning and x-rays. Found a couple small cavities and they were able to fit me in at that time. Dr Chavez and Amber were great. And the hygienist took phenomenal care of me too.
