Is it weird to say that I enjoyed the dentist?? I filled out the request for an appointment online, which was followed up on the very next morning. I was initially scheduled out 2 weeks, but they were able to get me in the following day, due to a cancellation. Over the phone, the office staff was very friendly. This was the same inside. They remembered tiny details that I had mentioned about my scheduling availability, which impressed me. The dental hygienist that I had, Terri was fantastic. She was personable and efficient. She was very thorough. I have never felt so well taken care of before. Dr. Chavez was great too. He has a great personality, makes you feel comfortable. I didn't feel like they were just trying to force treatments on me and take my money! I am very pleased that I chose Siloam Smiles as my dentist!

First visit to this office was on July 7th , the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me because of insurance issues. The dentist and his dental assistant was very nice , made me feel very calm, explained to me what is going to take place when I get my procedure done. I am terrified going to dentist but his demeanor ( calmess way he spoke just immediately calm me down )

Just moved to the area, my husband broke a tooth and they got him in right away. Had no problems becoming patients. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They explain what they are going to do and how it will effect you. Tell you up front what your insurance will pay and what is your responsibility and will work out payment plan for you. Highly recommend Siloam Smiles.

Update: Still very satisfied with Dr Chavez and his crew. Great bunch of people. They tell you what they are doing while working on your teeth. I have never liked going to the dentist but they make it a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.
