Siloam Smiles Family Dentistry

I went to Siloam Smiles for Zoom whitening. My entire process was great! The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Amber W. did my whitening and not only did a fantastic job, but was so patient and kind. I would come back for any other procedure just from this one experience.

The office got me in today, which I really appreciated! Shannon did a great job with my cleaning. Ana took the time to call my insurance company to see if a procedure was covered. Dr. Chavez was friendly and professional.

I love my Siloam Smiles establishment and all the care and concern each and everyone gives,from frontdesk to the time of service provided, you can count on them to make your experience great to go to a dentist. Mr. Neng was perfection on handling my dentures, what a professional he was in explaining my dentures and how they would make them fit

I love Dr. Walters and staff! They always get me right in, make me feel at home, and send me out with a nice, healthy smile!
Anything that you need done can be performed by Dr. Walters in is office so there’s no need to be sent to an expensive “surgical center “ then back to him for a root canal or something extensive. He makes the crowns while you’re there. He’s very fast and has many years of experience. I love this place! And believe me, I’ve had many crowns, fillings, root canals, and getting ready for a new experience...a bridge, yay! (Haha! ) at least I have fun while I’m there!

I wasn't super thrilled with my experience here. Part of the reason for that is promptness. When I got called in, all the dental assistants walked away and left me there but didn't tell me how long, and they were gone for like 15 minutes. When they proceeded to start my procedure, they didn't explain anything of what they were going to do, and even at the end when I asked questions about what they found during the procedure, I received only short, semi-helpful answers, and felt like I was being annoying to the dentist with my questions. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind!

Wonderful dental office and staff! The front office staff are very kind and helpful and the doctors and assistants are very knowledgeable and always do their best to make you feel comfortable. We have used this office for many years and always look forward to our dental appointments!

Wow! What a great group of people all under the same roof! That’s hard to come by these days. All employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy to have chosen such a great place to work on and maintain my dental hygiene. Thank you Siloam Smiles!

The whole experience was amazing. It was more than amazing it was genuine it felt like a family atmosphere and my daughter had a great time she is so loving and caring and she sees the beauty in people. She hugged everyone and I mean everyone in there so I know that the people who work at Siloam smiles family dentistry Are the most loving people in the world. Even though I had to sit in the lobby because my four-year-old daughter is very very very independent they came out and kept me posted on the whole process it was an amazing experience and I admire everyone who works there.

I recently found my dentist. My first visit was just lil over a week ago. My first impression was was one in the books for me. They showed me around the clinic and explain the process of my visit. Showed and explain the medical the health benefits for caring for my teeth. Which I loved. Also was impressed with how discrete they were in the manner of the Financial visit that day and future appointments with all information breakdowns of how my insurance pays. Everyone I met that day seem very nice and welcoming. A sense of Family. There is nothing more calming is to be apart of a place that’s makes you feel welcomed and feel like family. I am excited to finally have found a place where my health comes First and have beautiful teeth in the process. I look forward to having them as my dentist. 🥰
