Siloam Smiles Family Dentistry

I recently had to change dentists due to location and I am so thankful I found this place!! The staff is so incredibly friendly and Dr. Chavez does an amazing job. I highly recommend!!

Went in to have 2 teeth pulled with my son. He was nervous so they gave a script for meds that would help make him relaxed and sleepy. Was supposed to take the meds the next morning then bring him in. Dr. Walter's decided he wanted to do alot of other stuff in the same visit. Which I said no to. Told them what I felt comfortable for them to do, then Dr. Walter's refused to pull the 2 teeth that were causing my son pain and discomfort, AFTER I MEDICATED HIM. He was ok with doing it when he thought he was going to be able to do other stuff. Had to take my son to another dentist, which turned out to be 100% better. Only gave one start because the assistant Megan was amazing with my son.

My first and second time taking my daughter's there, everything went smoothly and awesome. I just thought this was the dentist they're going to go and as a mother you want your child to feel comfortable and feel like everything is okay, but I was wrong i will never recommend this place to anyone who has children. One incident they had cut my daughter tongue and still continue her procedures when i can hear her all the way down to the waiting area. After that my daughter is just traumatize going to the dentist. I took her in again for a check up and again I can hear her crying. I went in and the doctor was not happy, because she was crying. He said "she is absolutely crying for no damn reason, she needs to shut it. Her teeth her really filthy filthy" he just walked away. I was so upset I just took her to a new dentist. Couple weeks later my daughter just now told me what Siloam Smile doctor done to her behind door. They force her legs to be crossed and pinned her down (during the time they cut her tongue) and she said " my leg hurt so much i couldn't even move it, I want you mommy and when the boy doctor did me he hurt me with a small needle (pointing to her gums and which I have no idea why a needle was involve) and he put his finger on my cheek and open my mouth really hard I was crying." This dentist have horrible handling with children on chair. No children should go through how my daughter went through. Breaks my heary knowing that i couldnt be there when she needed me. Never again will i go there.

Very professional staff that provided transparency in regards to dental work and cost. Siloam Smiles will ensure you are taken care of.

They are all very nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend to come here for any dental work.

This is a bitter sweet good bye to all of you that have met me at Siloam smiles! I have being truly Bless to work for Dr. Walters and Gail! For my last 5 1/2 years yo be exact!! I can say that I'm leaving sad and happy at the same time I am thankful to my dear Lord for the opportunity that Dr. Walters had give me to become who I have become for all that he have tough me,and letting me part of he's family.
I will forever will be thankful to Diane and Bob as well for their friendship and all they have being thru with me 💐!
God has a plan for everything,And I have serve my time at Siloam smiles! My Dear Lord has place me at another sweet home with a new great family!

I have been going to Siloam Smiles for years. They were the ones that took my braces off and put my retainers in for an amazing price. After my cleaning here my teeth always feel fantastic. I have had a couple cleanings at other dentists and they don't compare when jt comes to Siloam smiles.

Very friendly and professional staff. Have been coming here for all of my check ups for quite some time now and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend to anyone!
