Dr Walters has a good bedside manner is believed me when no one else did about my pain which I’ve been having for years. The extraction he did was a tough one but he did a good job. The hygienist, Cheri, was who I have a problem with. She wasn’t gentle AT ALL during the procedure and was rude every time we spoke. I’ve had to go back in a couple times due to pain lasting longer than expected and she just argued with me and treated me like I was stupid. Didn’t appreciate her at all. May have to find a new dentist just because of her.

Last week I was told that I would need to have a back tooth extracted. I spent days worrying about the procedure and the pain. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I never had one once of pain during the procedure and for the most part I do not remember much. I was given pain pills to take after the procedure and never had to take a single one. To this day, nearly a week later, I have had absolutely no discomfort. Great job! They really care about their patients and how they feel.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Siloam Smiles. My dental hygienist is very compassionate and helps allay any feelings of nervousness I might experience. Also the Doc is friendly and happy to answer questions. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Our son zeke (4yrs) is always a little upset when he finds out he has a dental appointment but they always make sure he leaves as happy as possible. They are always extremely patient with him. They never just try to "get it done" but instead do whatever they can to make sure he is comfortable and knows exactly what will be happening. They never do anything until he is calm and ready. He had a cleaning yesterday that he wasn't looking forward too but it went wonderfully and he left a very happy little boy :)
I also must add that I just love Anna at the front desk! She has been amazing!
