Had a horrible childhood experience at the dentist and as a result, have not been to the dentist as an adult at all. I was terrified to go in and only did so because of a hole in my tooth that was causing a lot of pain. I couldn't have been more kindly treated or better taken care of than at Siloam Smiles. Dr. Castle, Angie, Natasha, Shannon, and Terry are a dream team and are really passionate about the care and treatment of their patients. Went here as a new customer, and was suppose to have a cleaning and a removal of retainers. I get there and they do x rays but me in a chair and take more pics of teeth and told me what care they would do for that day. Well after about 15 min after I got told what they would do, the hygienist came in and said that I would not have anything done to my teeth and that I would have to come back. And I said I came here to have a service done and I want it done and the manager came in and said that things came up and I wouldn’t receive any care. As I was already mad I left and one of the employees was in the parking lot and said that was fast are you already done? I told her no they didn’t do anything to my teeth and after she herd them tell me what they were gunna do. So she said she would find out and I told her it’s not a big deal there’s nothing she can do to change it and I also told her not a very good way to treat a new client who came for a service that I didn’t receive.

Just recently had a cap put on. Dr. Walters was great. The most important thing for me when going to the dentist is not feeling any pain. I felt like Siloam Smiles made my visit as pain free as possible.
