Absolute CROOKS. Said they took our insurance. Card was given to them months before apt and at time of apt. Later received a bill over 500 dollars for my kids. DO NOT GO HER.

Not too long ago I had a bad toothache as a result of an infection.
I had not been pleased with dentist I had been seeing, so I looked for a new dentist, became aware of Dr. Ra, read good reviews, went in on a Friday on which Dr. Ra was not planning to see patients. Dr. Ra saw me, diagnosed a problem which required immediate attention, and provided treatment that eased the pain. I went back later for follow-up procedure (root canal) that was handled by endodontist.
I will be grateful and returning to Dr. Ra for the foreseeable future.

All charges are clearly revealed at all times.
Careful consideration of all of your after care as well.
The Hygenist's enjoy their jobs, communicate well and help you in all of your teeth care needs with methods that work.
My family and I are extremely happy we have found a great biological dentist.

I recieved excellent service with Dr Berry. She did an exam on my 2 year old son in a way that didn't make him fearful or wary. He actually allowed her to view all of his teeth. Staff is friendly. Short wait time and a thorough explanation of what's going on. Great choice.

So disappointed With them.between me and my wife spent a lot of money back in 2016 my dental insurance and co-payments. Thousands of thousands. They are super nice As long as you have insurance and u make sure to pay the co-payments. One of the crown brook off when Dr. Phil j made sure telling me he would guarantee it for at least for 15 years, it brooks after 4 years not 15, even though I Made sure to pay extra and get the nicest quilty they have. The problem is I tried to reach out to the front of the office and tell her my main concern that now I have an infection and sometimes I deal with a lot of pain. Once I gave her my name to look it up, she worried about nothing just telling me that they don't my insurance information, I made sure to tell her it was done by you and the doctor told me it's covered for at least 15 years. She said she has to charge to get checked out since they don't take the type of insurance I have. I got upset and I told her you need to talk to the Dr. She asked me to give her 10 minutes and she will get back to me after she talks to Dr. She ghosted me for days, that to call back to see what's up, the moment she realized my voice she said she need to charge me $79 to get checked out, this is exactly what she was told to do .

The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They were understanding and accommodating of my financial situation. They helped me work out a payment plan. Went in for treatment with Dr. Ra. Didn't have to take much time off work. No complaints to add , so far great experience.

The lobby was nice and super clean, the front desk staff were great especially Mari, she was very helpful and professional, also she was able to work around my working schedule to accommodate me with the follow-up appointments. That was very nice, I will definitely recommend this place.
