Gateway Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

There are 3 things I am really scared of. Water. I'm working on that. I just got a kayak to help. Rottweilers. Nothing will change that. The dentist. I don't know why. While they were taking xrays tears were streaming down my face. They tech made me feel so comfortable. The doctor even more so. He was so kind and gentle. He found common ground and made me feel at ease. We talked about dogs. I work with dogs. I'm not saying that the dentist will be my number 1 friend. I am saying these guys are amazing. Diego is just extra as we share the same breed of dog.

This group is amazing. I went here this week for the first time. I had a cleaning and exam and X-rays. I came back again for a filling/cavity to be done and I knew it was there as it had been bothering me. They actually asked me if I wanted fluoride … YES THEY ASKED! no pressure and that was awesome! Dr Z. Asked about a space in the back that had a missing tooth (where the dentist I was seeing said it could only be an implant) and asked if I wanted to do something about it and I said yes but implants freak me out and I don’t want one. He was so mild and kind and said no problem. Then asked what I might like to do about it. The dentist before said “if you don’t care about your dental health” when I said no to an implant. This is such a difference from the high pressure places I have been. I’m so grateful to find a dentist who cares about me and not my wallet. A rare find. Also the staff were all gentle, and caring, what a relief! I wish I could remember all their names, sorry! I debated about writing this review because it takes several weeks to get in and I know the more patients he gets the harder it’s going to be to get in, but there’s so many people I’ve talked to who have money first and unfeeling dentists, that I felt I needed to share.

I’ve been getting dental care and health advice from Dr. Zenon and staff for a few years now and I have found the entire office to be a GREAT ASSET to my life. This office has always kept up with the latest technology, tools and supplies. Many Kudos to Dr. Z & staff !!!!

I have been going to Dr. Zenon for about 3 years now and he is hands down the best and most pain free dentist I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, personable and an all around great guy! His staff is top notch and very professional. If you want a pleasant, thorough, and an overall great experience with a Dentist, this is the place to be!

You can tell from the genuine smiles on their faces that they enjoy what they do and hope to make every visit a pleasant one. I have been to several dentists, both in Colorado and out of the state and by far, Gateway Park is one of the best.

I have been going to Dr. Zenon for 5+ years. All around, he is a great guy! Very knowledgeable , very clean office and for the most part I have had pleasant experiences. I did recently switch dentists however, due to a couple things I've noticed in the past couple of years - 1. I feel there are always temps at this office. I enjoy the relationship I have built with Dr. Zenon, however, I can't say I have built relationships with the hygienists because I never see the same one and anytime I ask they mention they are temps. 2. I recently had a family emergency which caused me to fly to California last minute on the morning of a scheduled appointment. I left a voicemail after hours around 5:30am, did not receive a call back, and got a bill in the mail for a missed appointment for $50. After going to Dr. Zenon for over 5 years and having never missed or been late to an appointment, this made me feel like more of a number than a loyal customer. Furthermore, I made 3 attempts to pay this bill by phone and email and finally was able to pay it by catching the receptionist over the phone. I have since switched to a dentist closer to my residence with a core group of hygienists.

Dr. Zenon and the team always execute an amazingly effective and enjoyable experience. I have recently moved out of that area, but I will always be attending Gateway Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for all of my dental needs. Thanks again for allowing for an environment where trust can be built!

I am always hesitant to try a new dentist but Dr. Zenon and his staff were excellent. I filled out paperwork online and the hygienist was waiting for me when I walked in. She was great during the cleaning and made my time and care her priority. Dr. Zenon was engaging and took the time to listen to my dental history. I highly recommend this office!

From a client with an anxious personality- I've been coming here for years. This is mostly due to that fact that Dr. Z is not only a fantastic dentist, but a fantastic human being. I'm in and out, the staff is always kind and friendly, and Dr. Z has to be one of the most soothing, and kind human beings I've ever met. If I'm a little nervous while waiting in his chair, as soon as he walks in and begins speaking I feel more at ease. He picked a great profession. He will put you at ease, and he will be HONEST about what treatment you need. I came to him after one dentist told me I had 11 cavities and another told me I had 3. It didn't feel right in either office. I stopped into Dr. Z's office and he told me I had no cavities. Over the years I did develop some, but there's really no one I trust more than Dr. Z to take care of my dental needs.

Excellent Service and High Quality Dental Care
Dr. Zenon and his staff are one of the friendliest and most welcoming medical group I have encountered. We are always greeted with a smile and receive prompt attention. Dr. Zenon is the most patient provider and takes time to review concerns and provide care. He talks to my children about school and hobbies before he begins their treatment. He spent several minutes discussing Lego with my daughter. It helped to make her comfortable before her procedure. We will be in his care indefinitely.
