I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and ended up with an $800 bill sent to my insurance for X-rays I didn’t need. No explanations about charges prior to service and no return phone call from the manager to clarify the X-ray charges. When I asked the dentist why all the X-rays she said she wouldn’t do a cleaning without a “thorough exam” first. I have been to many dentists over the years and I have never been overcharged like this before. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Dr. Dallas did an excellent job cleaning my teeth- very thorough! He explained the importance of deep flossing and flossing frequently, and he explained the why behind everything, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend paying extra for the numbing agent if you're getting a deep cleaning. Alejandra at check-in and Jasmine, the dental assistant, were also polite and personable.

Dr. Piersall was fantastic! Normally I am pretty anxious going to the dentist and she made me feel very comfortable and was very non-judgmental. She really took the time to listen to me and my concerns and did a lot of the cleaning herself! The office also runs everything through your insurance before you agree to it so you know the cost which was much appreciated.

I work in the healthcare field and feel that this clinic needs significant improvement. 1.) Professionalism: I was told that fluoride would cost me $x out of pocket and agreed to that amount. However, at check-out the front desk person told me it was actually $7 more than that. There was no apology or sense of ownership for that mistake, and I was simply expected to pay up. 2.) Clarity of treatment recommendations: I was told that I needed an immediate root canal as well as crowns on multiple teeth, but I received very minimal explanations for those specific treatments (risks/benefits/alternatives) and their timing (possibility of monitoring, necessity/priority of procedures). I later went to another dentist who reviewed my X-rays and took the time to explain the reasons for particular areas of concern, and who ultimately essentially disagreed with all their recommendations.
Please be careful. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr.Dallas did a good job on explaining the procedures to me and what the next steps were for me to keep my teeth healthy and straight! I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but the staff made sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Murphy and his staff did a great job with my last visit. I had not been to the dentist in some time and they made me feel at ease and informed every step of the way! The full process from new patient entry into their system, x-rays, cleaning, and even getting a cavity filled was as painless as you could hope a visit to the dentist would be! Highly recommended!

I've been here twice now, and everyone I met was fantastic! Dr. Murphy is so kind and empathetic, and they do a great job at making you comfortable if you're feeling nervous about dental work. Another huge plus is that they will run procedures through your insurance to show your estimated costs before you agree to the procedure, which is incredibly helpful when making decisions about your care! Highly recommend going to this practice!

Going to the dentist gives me so much anxiety but I’m glad I chose to come to this office. Dr. Murphy did a great job explaining to me of what I needed at the moment and what could wait. Steven was very kind and made it so much easier for me to understand the treatment plan and gave me so many options for my treatment plan! I can’t also thank Jennifer and Yadira enough for being very sweet and gentle when taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth! I appreciate them all so much and will go back! I highly recommend going to this office! If I could give more stars I would for sure!
