Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care

I was sent here through the company that the Army Reserves uses. The service I received was beyond what I expected. I decided to make an appointment for an orthodontist consult based on the great experience. When I showed up to my consult I realized that I was a week early to my appointment. Breana did not turn me away, she checked to see if there was any way that I could be seen that day. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

They were amazing!! I haven’t had many good dentist experiences in my past, but these guys make you feel right at home! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great, affordable, dentist!!

TOOK my 7 year old in and Ariel was our Assistant. Ariel showed lots of pride while she got down to my daughter's level and made sure she was comfortable. She did such an Amazing job speaking to my daughter as I would have. She was patient and considerate. I was concerned for my daughter at arrival but was immediately relieved once this young lady stepped in. I spent most of my visit with Ariel however everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist to the appt. Setter was all professional and amazing. Thank you to everyone who took part in our visit.

As an Army Reservist, I go where the Army directs for annual dental check ups, and have been to at least 5 different places in the Colorado Springs area. I have gone to this clinic twice now, and have been happy with the care and environment that this clinic maintains and offers. So much so that I had opted to make them my primary dental care provider through my civilian employer's insurance.

They were actually training a new person while I was being seen, and the advice and guidance they gave her for talking to patients was great for putting patients at ease and building rapport - which is not something that is often seen in dental clinics - I have been used to awkward silence and lots of typing behind my back or out of view. The staff went through everything they were going to do before they did it, explaining tools and equipment along the way, as well, which was also comforting.

I would also like to mention the hygienist that I spoke with while there, I think it was Christina (sorry if I mixed up names), because she was very straight forward, helpful, and open about cleanings and helped set up my follow on cleaning.

So this is my 2nd time here and I am impressed with how consistent the service is. The way you are treated by everyone you encounter is phenomenal. Dr. Rowley was great! She made sure i was comfortable during my filllings and root canal. Tanya was awesome with making my teeth whole again. I really recommend Cheyenne Mountain Dental if you ever need dental work done. Trust me they give you an experience from when you walk in to when you leave.

Had two fillings today done by Dr. Rowley and they are so perfect I can’t tell the difference between my regular teeth and the ones filled. She is definitely a dentist that pays very close to detail and ensures her patients are comfortable. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have been coming to Dr. Parkins’ office since I was 11 years old. His staff is always extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was getting x-rays and asked for a something smaller and Carmen was very kind in adjusting everything for me. It made the experience (which is normally painful and uncomfortable) more enjoyable. I thank Carmen, Paige (for not being made because I mistakenly read the wrong time for the appointment), and the always amazing Dr. Parkins.

I highly recommend Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care and I give them 5 stars. The staff is so friendy and made me feel at ease. It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist and I was so nervous about it. The care I received was awesome. They are so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information on how to take better care of my teeth. Brianna at the front desk is the best!

Very nervous when it comes to the dentist, but let me tell you about this place. The staff is awesome. They welcome you with a smile and answers all questions that you throw at them. They also address you by your name right when you walk through the door. Brittany, the hygienist makes sure your comfortable and explains everything she is doing. Yunique assisted with Dr. Parkin on one of my appointments and man let me tell you, she knows her stuff. Dr. Parkin, is a wonderful man. He also explains everything and makes your visit comfortable as well. This will be a place I will continue to go for all of my dental needs. Thank you all!!!!

We recently moved here and I decided to give Cheyenne mountain dental a call because I knew I needed some work done on my teeth. They were beyond friendly and very accommodating! I am going in soon for the work that I need done and they are completely in tune with what I need and are helping ease any worries I have! I highly recommend Cheyenne mountain dental.
