They go over all the financial questions you have and let you know up front the cost of everything! I was there today and 10 days ago and it was a Good Experience! I recommend

Had a bad tooth pulled awhile back and I go back regularly there for my cleanings and dental work. Couldn't find a better place. Dr. Parkin provides awesome and quality dental care.

I just have to say the people who work here are a great team. I was in town visiting some family and needed to go in for an emergency visit. I was in and out. The Receptionist Megan was very sweet and helpful and so was the rest of the employees. I hate dentist and this was a 10/10 Experience. Highly recommend.

Literally was seen in January for a cleaning and scheduled follow ups for redoing all of my fillings and other care for my gums. Had my follow ups set for Feb and then suddenly I didn’t have my follow ups scheduled when I called day of one to let them know I was running late.
Said it was a system issue and would make an apt for what was previously discussed at my cleaning in Jan and it’s fixed…. They ended up booking me for another cleaning with the wrong dentist a whole two months later in march. I was supposed to get a call to fix the issue and get me scheduled to have my work done within a week of the 2nd cleaning they booked for march… haven’t had that call come thru. Now they keep calling me every other week to schedule my over due cleaning which isn’t over due … I had it. What is over due is the call from management I was supposed to hear from in March to figure out coming in for the actual work I need and where $80 they took at my cleaning in January went. Because I wasn’t supposed to be charged that day.
Just got off the phone with them again and the mangers out of office and will call me back ? Even tho I’m Still waiting on that fist call back.
Staff seems to have an attitude and not sure I’m gonna trust my dental health to an office that can’t even keep track of their patients treatments appointments or records.

If you want professional work done and done right!! Do not go here!!! They are very unprofessional and very rude! I have had work done on my tooth multiple times and I am still having issues. Plus the tooth they worked on and did a root canal on, now has developed an abscess. This place should be shut down!!! I am having to see a root canal specialist to retreat the tooth this old dentist that needs to retire has ruined!!! Thank you for making me feel worse than I originally felt in the beginning.

Best Dental office I’ve ever been to! If you are in Colorado Springs and want excellent customer service and the best dentist in town come here! Always very welcoming when you walk in, organized, clean, and they make you feel right at home. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! Thanks Cheyenne Mountain Dental!
