Had to have a tooth extracted today and Dr. DInsmore & his assistant Marti were just terrific... Marti is super sweet and the "Comfort" part of Comfort Dental...

Don't be fooled by the niceness. I was and it I have had to spend well over $1,000 trying to fix what Dr. Robbins did. In addition, I may need to have a root canal or extraction because I cannot afford a root canal. I went to Comfort Dental with no problems in my teeth other than some sensitivity (which was remedied by Sensodyne toothpaste). I was supposed to get an X-ray and cleaning. After my X-ray, Dr. Robbins spent no more than 5 minutes looking at my teeth. Then he told me to make another appointment. When I came in for this appointment, he showed me my X-rays and told me my roots were worn and I needed a "deep cleaning". I believed him and paid for the procedure. Big mistake.
After the procedure, i felt like something wasn't right. The sensitivity in my teeth increased drastically and I started having pain in a cap that had been solid for 10 years until I saw Dr. Robbins. I called Comfort Dental and went back in and Dr. Robbins said it wasn't anything to worry about. A week or two later, I started having pain in this tooth and I went to another dentist, who was shocked that Dr. Robbins did this procedure without having dental records or a perio chart of my teeth. Then, I went to a third dentist who said the same. There was no evidence that I needed this procedure Dr. Robbins refuses to take responsibility for what he did to my tooth and I am still suffering the consequences. He perseverated on my sensitivity and even stated that he "forgot" to do the chart. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!

Same experience as everyone else. Went in expecting a cleaning which should be free was charged $40 for a periodontal exam I didn't ask for and never got my teeth cleaned. The periodontal exam was simply poking my gums for about 30 seconds, which is a total rip off. Said I would have to come back for a deep cleaning. I told them I would transfer the business to a Comfort Dental in Aurora that doesn't deal with customers this way that my wife uses. I plan on filing a complaint with our insurance company and my credit card company.

Had a mouth full of work that needed to be done when I moved to Denver and thanks to the crazy nice people here and Dr. Jolstad (and the endo, and the techs, admin, and everyone else)'s skill I'm almost there and all the work is solid and beautiful and I'm really happy! I feel confident knowing I have a great place to turn whatever happens to my teeth... and whatever is inevitable. Whenever I get compliments on my smile or teeth I have to credit the awesome folks here. Thanks guys!

Dr. Robbins and his staff (specifically Marti) are amazing! My partner had to get wisdom teeth out and was very worried, but Dr. R and co were nothing short of outstanding. Marti even leant my partner her earbuds to help pass the time during the procedure. I also had some work done and they called just to check in and see how we were doing afterwards. Love this place!
