Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Pfeifer and the assistant (sorry I forgot her name) were awesome. I was able to have a root canal and crowns finished while I waited and took a nap (thank you for the blanket). No temporary crown and return visit needed.

My husband Joshua has had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Pfiefer. I have watched him and his staff take care of abscesses, perform a root canal, extract teeth, place bone grafts, fillings, and crowns in addition to routine cleanings. My husband is beyond anxious in the dental chair and Dr. Pfiefer and his staff are very patient and understanding. Sedation helps when needed and he is always monitored closely. I recommend him to everyone because I have seen his work and the personal attention he gives.

I'm always afraid of going to the dentist but the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the procedures that were needed and even did same day treatment. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend them to all family and friends. Did Great job!!!

The Dentist part of the environment FANTASTIC!! Would definitely recommend to everyone. Elizabeth, the dental assistant, in the orthodontist part of the office was amazing!! She knew what she was doing and was the biggest advocate for my daughter when it came to getting her braces removed. Thank you Elizabeth you are an amazing person!! However the orthodontist part!! Hmm can't wait for my son to be done in the summer time. The ortho Dr. was not very happy with my daughter or myself, due to a misunderstanding. I don't think they have once read my daughters or sons chart before our appointments. The ortho doctor continuously argued with me about my daughter needing bottom Braces. Which in the very beginning we established she didn't need them on the bottom. He finally agreed with us. On a visit back on February the lady who was performing maintenance, on my daughters Braces forget to put bands and tighten her wires. Called us back so she could do her job. This visit they asked my son what kind of bands he wears? He hasn't worn bands in over three in a half months, because they stated his bite was great! That just goes to show you they don't read charts before discussing ortho plans with patients.

I had a great experience at Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry. I saw Dr. Wakim on several occasions. She was communicative, thorough, easy to talk to, and conservative. She talked me through everything she needed to do and also explained my options. I appreciated that my care was her first concern, rather than doing unnecessary procedures for profit. I would highly recommend Dr. Wakim to anyone. The staff was friendly, timely, and easy to work with. This is a great dental office!

Dr. Pfeifer and Melissa were amazing! I shared my needs and they went above and beyond to make sure they were lovingly met. I had an exceptional experience here and I'm very thankful for the help and support. Thank you Melissa, I wouldn't have made it through without YOU!!

Omg i love love this place! I have had bad experience at other dental offices but a friend referred me here n was the best decision.
Staff was super friendly i had to do a Root canal n didn't know how i would be able to afford it but luckily they work with payment plan n gave me a good deal Dr Tran was super amazing highly recommend this office shout out to front desk she is awesome.

My experience there was great. I was from out of town and they were able to fit me in first thing on a Friday morning. What I thought was going to be a simple fix turned out to be quite complicated. I had to have a tooth extracted, infection cleaned up, bone graft and membrane graft done. Dr Lilly and her assistant were wonderful and very efficient. They even saw me the following Monday, at no charge, because it didn’t feel right, I thought the sutures were too loose. They did even more xrays to verify that the bone graft had taken. From what it showed on the X-ray that day everything looked ok. They told me the sutures would dissolve at 7-10 days. Unfortunately at 5 days the sutures came out, I watched the thread run down the drain. Because I was concerned I followed up with my dentist as soon as I got home. The X-ray he took showed there was no bone graft there, 5 days after the extraction and grafts. It is if the extraction was done, the bone was removed, and nothing else after that worked. As a result I am now having to see another surgeon, have another bone and membrane graft done, and incur all the expense all over again. I do appreciate what they did for me, and for being so attentive so quickly, but I don’t feel the work was thorough enough and am now having to pay to have it done all over again.

Painless, stress-free, and affordable. Dr. Pfiefer and his staff are genuine, caring, and well versed in the latest dental techniques including easy and inexpensive oral sedation. The clinic is also equipped with exceptional digital radiography, and digitally milled ceramic crowns produced amazingly fast. Dr. Pfiefer personally took extra time to explain options that would fit our budget without compromising the longevity of our teeth. Both my wife and I trust the integrity of this clinic.

BEWARE!!!!! Garbage!!! I have never in my life dealt with so many lying, conniving, money hungry people in my life... if you want a good dentist and orthodontist, DO NOT GO THERE! They charge you an arm and a keg and don’t even finish what they started.. You get a tooth fixed? It’s chipped within a week... BEWARE!!
