I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Pfiefer and the team at Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry! From start to finish I felt comfortable, informed, and included in everything going on. I was seen immediately upon arrival and made to feel like a long time patient even though it was my first visit. Dr. Pfiefer solved a dental problem I've been dealing with for years and at a higher quality level then I could have ever expected. Thanks so much!

I think this may be the best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and get exactly what you need.

I have been to many 'butchers' that claim

to be Dentists, Hygienists, and other

office staff for that matter. I believe many

have been to these types of offices, you

know the faster the turn-over the more the

coffers get filled. This is not that type of

office at all.(period) Everyone smiles and

asks how thing are going. They all care

and they can understand a full numb face

mumble :-) In summation, I now look

forward to my long term dental health.

I’ve been here 3 times now to see Dr. Yevgeniy Monastyrskiy (or “Dr.Yev”) and his assistant Samantha.
They are both amazing! They are very welcoming, kind, and respectful. I really enjoy my experiences with them and they make a great team.
Samantha is one of the most attentive dental assistants I’ve had the pleasure to meet, and I highly recommend both her and Dr. Yev 🙏☺️

I've had my daughter going here for the past 3 years for her cleanings. This past visit she had cavities that needed to be taken care of. We opted to try laughing gas first, my daughter hates the dentist. When we were there for her appt. The gas did absolutely nothing for her and then the pediatric dentis kept insisting that she use one specific suction that was way to big for my daughters small mouth. She kept trying to shove this thing in her mouth, while she's crying, and on the third attempt my daughter Gaga and throws up in her mouth while the suction thing is in. The dentist didn't try to turn her head or anything so I had to jump in and turn her head and sit her up. We agreed that she would have to be sedated to get the work done. I have called numerous times to reschedule and been waiting for over a month now and still no appt is set.
When I had to go and get work done it was the worse dental experience of my life. They kept coming and going from my room for long pieties of time, the assistant kept hitting me in the face with stuff, They weren't providing suction unless I asked for it so I was basically drowning in my own spit, and at one point they were shoving something into my gums and against my tongue so hard that I was actually crying from the pain which then left my entire jaw sore for a week, not even the tooth they worked on but my jaw. I will never go back there again.

Dr. P was a really great guy went above and beyond just to get the job done highly recommend this place.

I feel like the staff is nice however the service they provide is rushed and inadequate. They don't take time to ensure that procedures are done properly. I had a cleaning done and it was over in a blink of an eye. Their billing system isn't the best and I feel that there is a lack of communication amongst the office.
