Greeley Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Very bad experience with these guys. Horrible issues with fixing a broken tooth that has gotten infected and now has to be pulled. Sent me to Loveland for x-rays that I had to pay for and drive over to so they could tell me that the tooth now needed to be pulled. They also upsold me their own insurance which covered NOTHING. $2,000 later I have decided to go to someone else.

LOVE this place!!! The staff is wonderful and so is the service provided. I began going there in February and I have been highly impressed with both the dental and orthodontic staff. Whether it is as simple as a dental cleaning or as complicated as oral surgery, Greeley Modern Dentistry is is the highest quality and it is an easy process. When I go in for my monthly orthodontic appointment, I am greeted by the front desk staff and very soon after, I am in the chair for my appointment. Dr. Deland and her team are always positive, encouraging, and professional. My teeth look more amazing than I could ever imagine. Can't wait to get my braces off here soon! I HIGHLY recommend Greeley Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics.

Do not go here! Dentists do not care about you! 90% of all work done by dental assistant. This led to a lack of communication between them as well as lack of communication to me. Too much time was wasted laying around waiting for the dentist to "return". Left parts in my mouth then left for 15 minutes leaving me there forced to keep mouth open. The actual dentist did minimal work and not even parts that mattered. Drilled teeth but did not check fillings or temporary cap placed on by dental assistants. Temporary cap came off 3 hours later. Could have been prevented. Filling has same story. Done all by dental assistant and led to a lack of precision. Filling has many rough edges around it and barely matches tinting. Needs to be corrected again probably. Overall very dissatisfied with experience with dentist. Dental assistants did their bet but received hardly and direction or knew hardly anything. Led to a terrible teeth experience. Will not be coming back once final cap is finished. I would leave now, but I have already been up-charged like there is no tomorrow and need to have it finished.

Despite my best efforts to over communicate and double check appointments, this dentist office has been so unreliable. I have been shocked by how poorly my time has been treated. I came in for my first visit, had x-rays done, waited for over an hour and then was told that they could not proceed because they couldn't figure out my insurance. They then scheduled me for another day which when I called to double check, turned out to be the wrong day and time for the endosontist to be there. Good thing I called! They rescheduled me again and confirmed that I would be able to receive the root canal and crown in the same visit. I showed up the next day for my appointment to receive the crown prep work. I waited for an hour and a half while the dentist walked around in his coat and sunglasses. Because I was nervous he would forget about me, I had a hygienist and endodontist check with him twice to make sure he was still planning on the procedure. The root canal itself was very quick, and immediately afterwards I was told the dentist had left and I would have to come back another day for the crown. I had bent over backwards to make this appointment work with my husband getting off work and finding a babysitter for my daughter, and my time and resources were not given any respect. The receptionists were very kind and apologetic, but where was nothing they could do. I wish I could rate the receptionists separately, because they deserve a 5 for their kindness and understanding of my extremely unpleasant and inconvenient experience. I will also say that the office manager gave me a discount for the poor experience I received which I really appreciate it. He was very kind.

Had a great experience with the dental hygienist and dentist. Both made me feel very comfortable and helped me come up with a plan that would fit my budget.

The only one who knows what they're doing, is Monica. The office manager, Stephanie, is completely clueless. They're always short staffed, so short staffed that the actual dentist did my cleaning. Because of this I was in the office for 3 hours, 1 of those hours was just waiting to start my appt! I could keep going, but there's enough reviews of other experiences that are pretty similar.

I went here a few years ago when I lived in Greeley and i had a dental bridge done which has already broken and fallen out of my mouth! I will have to pay for a brand new bridge. One time I waited over two hours for my appointment and then they cancelled it while I was sitting there so I had to go home. I had already paid so I didn’t feel like I could leave. They also over charged me and I had to call to get them to reimburse me. Do not go here.

I just had a very poor experience with modern dentistry I've been a customer for several years the four experience was with Jessica I'm receiving a bill 90 days past due from one of my children however strange enough my spouse to other children and myself are under the same insurance when modern dentistry looks in their system it shows that none of my family members are eligible in the system. This cannot be possible as four of five family members have had insurance claims through modern dentistry. the customer experience did not start off well as Jessica under her breath and she didn't know I heard her sad oh my God that's a mistake already second Jessica continued to interrupt me and not let me finish my sentence is multiple times over even after she continuously claimed that she was not interrupting me my children in the car I asked them if I was being inappropriate know the answer was no I am not Jessica multiple times asked if I wanted to speak with Corey you bet I do because modern dentistry has lost a family customers once I have them do their job and get my insurance information again entered in their system as I had to several months ago I won't be returning. I ask Jessica if Cory was stationed out of Greeley she continue to evade the question and say that Corey is visiting multiple sites due to staffing okay that makes sense that's not my question in fact I'm quite certain I've already spoken with Corey at modern dentistry in Greeley at his desk so Jessica needs to get away from customer service immediately she delivers poor customer service therefore it really reflects poorly on modern dentistry listen to the recording if modern dentistry captures those it would have been approximately 2:15 to 2 245 on Tuesday May 26th.

My experiences with this dentistry was very difficult due to my crowns coming out and they want to give me dentures for over $9000.00 that seem outrageous. They must go through a high turnover of employees. These people are unprofessional and should be called Dictator of Dentistry that are only out for your money. I can see why Dr. Carter isn't there anymore due to the bad reviews.
