Was a cluster from the beginning. Sit and wait for 30 min to over an hour. Daughter got her wisdom teeth out and could not get a hold of on call Dr. And when I asked for after care papers when leaving was told I didn’t need them as they were rushing us out. Daughter was throwing up and when I asked for something they said she wasn’t as they gave her meds not to. Finally they went out and saw she was throwing up. Got a refund end of December and in January a bill for $550. Which is a different year for my flex spending. How can you get a refund and then a bill 2 weeks later??

I needed to establish a new dentist since I had an insurance change. They were covered and close to my house. And now that I went there I am so glad I did. They are amazing! Jess the office manager is amazing and helped explain all of my benefits and helped to ensure that I understood everything. After my initial assessment I needed to have some deep cleaning done and met with Sarah. She was also very nice and so caring. She made sure everything she did was easy and was so gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. I've always been so nervous going to dentist and I'm so glad I found this place. Looking forward to my next visits!!

All of the staff are super nice and understanding. I never liked going to the dentist in the past because people would talk down to me and make me feel ashamed of my oral health, so I didn’t go for ten years. I’ve now started coming to Greeley Modern Dentistry to get back on track and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone genuinely cares about my health and making sure I understand the procedures/costs. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sarah, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. My husband's previous experience, with a different person, was not as good, but with They do a great job of working with you, letting you know exactly what needs to be done and giving options so that you can be prepared. We both appreciated coming back to a business that has improved where it needed to improve and pruned what needed pruned. Great job!

In April of 2020, I went here for a painful tooth. A few days later I caught COVID 19. I was ill for 36 days. I think I got the disease at this dentist office. None of the employees nor the doctor at the initial exam greeted me with masks even though I had one on. My temperature was not checked even though the CDC had been urging doctors to do this since February. I should have left after being greeted by employees without masks but the tooth was painful.

Had a dental issue on a Saturday and they worked me in and did a great job with my tooth!

DO NOT USE this place. I had a root canal and crown put on a front tooth. Close to $1900 out of pocket after my insurance paid a hefty amount. Crown fell off after 6 months!! Went in to get this fixed, they this place that claims to be a dentist, had to make the crown again, they spent all of 10 minutes putting the new crown on. Less than a month later the crown fell off again. THEY this place that claims to be dentist stated it's my anatomy causing this.. not their lackluster work. So I go back in they offer to refund just the cost of the crown, not the price for the work, not for anything just the cost of the crown. But hey they offered to put in a bridge and a false tooth for another $4000 dollars... Like they were doing me a favor! They claim it's my anatomy.... DO NOT USE THEM... I should have steered clear when warned by another patron. Looks like I am not the only one from the reviews...
