Friendly staff and very informative during office visit.

I called to check if they were able to take kids they told me yes then did not have the equipment for my child! Told me I needed to take him somewhere else. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they did not have time to do my cleaning so we made a new app and they called me to cancel! Do not waste your time here

Horrible establishment! All they want is your money and lots of it. I was quoted 2600 dollars out of pocket and I went to Perfect Teeth and I only paid 125 out of pocket. This place is an overpriced joke and I am also filing a claim with the BBB on this awful place. If you want to spend an arm and a leg only to have dental assistants do all your work, then go to this circus!

If I could give a 0 Star I would! I’ve never seen a more unprofessional office. Today was the final straw! Past experiences have included awkward dentists and not much of cleanings. As for their customer service, it’s worse then visits. They have charged other members of my family for things that haven’t been done. Recently they canceled appointments on us and then emailed to say we need to call to reschedule. Today (again, the final straw) I called to get some toothpaste that the dentist said my husband and I should use. The gal on the phone knew what I was describing and said they had a bunch and could come right in whenever and get some. Perfect. Make my way over there to find a man and a woman behind the counter. Guy wants to to sign in. When I explain what I’m there for he gets all nervous and tells me to wait. The woman is on the phone and we had to wait for her to get off the phone. She tries to act like she doesn’t see me when she gets off the phone. The male asks if she talked to anyone about toothpaste and she responds (rudely) that she didn’t talk to anyone yesterday. I said I called today. She throws her hands in the air and says “I got here at 9:30 - I don’t know anything”. So the male goes in the back and I hear him asking multiple people. Comes back after awhile and ask if it’s for a kid (I already explained that it wasn’t). He leaves again. Again after awhile comes back and asks my name. He pulls up something on the computer and goes back. Once again after awhile he comes back and informs me that the hygienists have no idea what talking about and the gal I talked to is on lunch. He nervously starts saying he can call me later or something. I was so done at that point that I said “don’t worry” and walked out. I won’t be returning. What a waste of time! How can only one person in the whole office know what I’m talking about? They sell this stuff! You can’t tell me they have that many toothpastes in the office that they can’t figure out something. And I don’t understand why I got the attitude from one person behind the desk and weird nervousness from the other. It was unprofessional!

Professional service; very helpful and informative.

This is a very professional and courteous team of people that make going to the dentist comfortable. Great experience would totally recommend this dental team if you are looking for flexible yet affordable dental care!
