I'm not sure what is going on with this dental office. I tried to schedule an appointment with my dentist, Dr. Bruce Howell, but they didn't seem to know where he was or how I could schedule with him. They have him listed on their website but it turns out that he transfered to their sister office Loveland Dental Group real close to I25 and 34

the first review has to be a scam cause this place is a complete rip off! they wanted over $6000 to do 3 fillings and clean my teeth, i got all the work done somewhere else for $400. dont waste your time there nothing but liars and con artists

I only gave one star, and that is for the bedside manner of Dr. Klein... beyond that, my experience was horrible! Not only did it cost me a fortune, but the front desk help is worthless, their 3rd party billing system is a nightmare, AND 6 months later I am still having pain on the tooth I have one of my crowns! (This is AFTER I had several checkups!)

I had a cavity filled here a little over a year ago. 3 months ago I went back to have a root canal done on the same tooth. I am now going in to get the root canal re done.
Just pay the extra money to go somewhere else. It's worth it.

Both my husband and I have both have had bad experiences here. We have been forgotten about and have waited over an hour in the chair with no communication from staff as to why it may be taking long. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer service is awful!
